A unique place. Beautiful look, cozy atmosphere and so close to the center and to the Berkel. We were happy with the friendly welcome, nice people and thoughtful. Super place!

Impressive building, cozy bed, lots of beautiful ancient details. The location is great, once you cross the less busy road and you are in the beautiful city center. Annelies greeted us, explained the parking lot and the house. She filled the refrigerator beforehand so that we could have breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back! A great place to relax. The converted barn is very spacious and is cozily furnished. Enough places to hang out or work. It is a bit of a walk to cross the bridge, but if you don't mind, Zutphen is great for walking. The reception was very friendly and the apple pie that was ready on arrival was worth an extra star

We had a really wonderful time in this lovely apartment! It is located in a beautiful old building, but is modern but cozily furnished on the inside. Nice large bed, spacious kitchen and a nice sitting area with large TV, chromecast etc. You step out the door and are in the center of Zutphen, very convenient! Johan is a very friendly, attentive host who had even arranged a camp bed for our 1-year-old daughter. We felt very welcome ☺️
