Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zürich

Very nice stay for a larger group of people. Lovely views and calm / quiet neighborhood. Very easy to access the train into Zurich and elsewhere. Overall a great stay! The only mild inconvenience was the fact that there is only one toilet and one shower, so if staying with a large group, take that into account.

Perfect for a large family visit!

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Super close to a tram stop which made it easy to get into Zurich. Safe and quiet neighborhood. My mother in law ended up having emergency surgery while we were there - the hospital is a 3 minute walk from the house. Thomas and his family were so kind and helpful during a stressful situation. While the vacation did not go as planned, being in such a beautiful space made all the difference! We would love to come and stay at Thomas' home anytime!

We had an overall good experience during our stay. The location was great, and the cutlery/kitchen amenities were well-equipped. However, there were a few issues that affected our comfort: • Our group was given three separate rooms on three different floors, which made it less convenient to stay connected. • The wooden flooring throughout was quite noisy, especially at night when people were walking above or below. • One washroom only had a curtain, which compromised privacy. • Another washroom couldn’t be locked from the inside, which was a concern for us. With a few improvements in layout and bathroom privacy, this could be an excellent place to stay.

It’s my first time using Airbnb. Love the place. Convenient. Beautiful views. Host is fantastic in every way. Highly recommended.

I often visit Zurich, Switzerland for business trips. This time, I stayed at Sylvia’s Airbnb for 5 days and 4 nights for the first time. To sum it up, my team and I found Sylvia’s place to be perfect. If we visit Zurich again in the near future, we will definitely consider staying at her place first. The house is located in a quiet residential area, so we could enjoy the peaceful garden and lots of green nature. Every room—including the living room, kitchen, and office—was very clean and well-organized. All the furniture was well-prepared and nothing was missing. The whole house feels like a modern gallery or art museum. During my 4-day stay, I used a rental car, so I didn’t use public transportation from Sylvia’s place. But for me, it was very clear that the house had good parking space, and it was easy and convenient to park there.

Great house, in a nice very green setting, adapted to families, perfectly equipped. Fluid and responsive communication. Only small surprise: a few planes passages some days just above the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Irene's place, we felt well taken care of and enjoyed the apartment and the beautiful garden very much.

It was a great property, immaculately presented and perfect for two people. Good parking and only a 20 minute drive into Zürich. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous place just like the pics! Conveniently located one stop after Zurich Main Station and very short walking distance to apartment. Beds and pillows were very comfortable for a good night’s rest. The attention to details around the apartment made it feel like home.

The apartment was in a fantastic location and easily walkable to the train station and all main areas of Zurich. Wonderful dining on either side of the apartment. Did not feel it was loud at all. Steep flight of stairs so elderly people may have trouble managing stairs and luggage but we were fine and appreciated the location, comfort and cleanliness. Highly recommend.

Kathrin’s place was wonderful. Truly a great place to stay. They have all amenities needed and are at a great place in the city of Zurich to be close enough to the old town but not too busy in the craziness of the city itself. If you like day trips but want to stay in Zurich, this is a great home base for traveling to the mountains to Grindelwald or Engelberg if you want to do a day trip. Highly recommend!!

The host had a wonderful, eclectic, modern apt street level. The private green patio space was an added bonus. It felt like home and very private with the hidden patio from the road. We felt very safe. Beat was fantastic to meet us at the apt., show us how to use the lighting, kitchen, etc. He gave us pictures with specific directions to get there from the train and messaged me with suggestions on restaurants, areas and train stops in Zürich. The bedding, kitchen and bathroom was top notch. We loved having a washer and dryer that was not a mini to wash clothes before flying out. We will stay again if we fly into Zurich on our travels.

Clean, cosy and comfortable apartments. Location is perfect for city exploration, close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check-out process was easy and straightforward.

Amazing place to stay and start our Europe holiday. Honestly, Steph has set the standard so high the remaining places would struggle to keep up. Great location, perfect apartment with top quality appliances, super comfy bed and every small detail was considered. This apartment is an absolute gem- think boutique art gallery meets cozy European hideaway. Every room is filled with inspiring artwork that made us smile every time we walked in the door. It’s stylish, warm, and just effortlessly cool. The neighborhood- Seefeld. A chic, artisan neighborhood, steps from the lake, cute cafes, and trendy shops. The tram is basically at your doorstep and makes getting around a breeze. Dominik, our host was wonderful. Super responsive, genuinely kind, and a joy to communicate with. He made everything easy. You can tell he really cares about the guest experience. Can’t recommend this stylish and soulful place enough.  Ditto to all the previous reviews.  Nothing is lacking.

We had an amazing stay at Samuel's place! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, very nice and quiet neighborhood, and close walk to the train and other restaurants. Samuel was an amazing host- very responsive, gave us great recommendations, and even a gift for our honeymoon. I would definitely return here and recommend this to anyone!

Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood. The location is modern and spacious. Jordane was very helpful and responsive throughout.

Karin is a great host. She is very friendly, was waiting for us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. On the way she pointed out the grocery stores, bakery and cafés. The apartment is clean with modern appliances and is a perfect size for 2 people. A 24-hour transport ticket allowed us to travel to Zürich by train (15 minute trip) or by ship (20 minute sail -very pleasant). The train also goes directly to the airport without needing to transfer. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this apartment, it looks much better in real life than in the photos and we were very pleasantly surprised, considering that it is a basement apartment. Would definitely recommend the apartment. The location is tiptop and communication with Yongli also worked great.

This is super clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay in Zurich and explore many amazing places in Switzerland. Can’t be better!
