This is a top floor maisonette 2.5 room apartment approx 100 square meters with a bedroom, a fully fitted bathroom, a guest WC, an open plan fully fitted kitchen and a lounge on the first floor via a wooden spiral stair case you will find a single bed and a balcony overlooking the lounge area below. The apartment has a flat TV and stereo system. The apartment has a city view on one side and a garden view on the other with tall lush trees. There is also use of a washing machine and dryer.

Our apartment is very central but with a charming feeling thanks to the common outdoor place just in from of our house. Toddlers toys available. Perfect for a week trip or longer.

It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Absolutely peaceful and centrally-located place in residential area. Super close to the center, walking distance to the lake and a great garden to relax. You will be feeling like at home and have all amenities and supplies you would need for your stay. The apartment is clean and dog friendly.
