very centrally located, very quiet and green

Very quiet furnished (business-)apartment in best city location. Two rooms, kitchen (with electric cooker, 2 hotplates plus microwave), shower, separate toilet, large garden terrace, WLAN. Total living space 54 m2. Parking space possible by arrangement. You have a seperate house entrance. Direct short connection to University/ETH, main train station (10 min.), Airport (25 min.) and the lake (10 min). We speak German, English, French and some Spanish and Italian. We prefer long term bookings.

Sweet and cosy Apartment in City Center of Zurich

My cozy apartment is located between both Universities of Zurich, restaurants, supermarkets & only a few minutes walking distance away from downtown. One bedroom, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet, kitchen and a lovely balcony. My place is suitable for couples, solo and business travelers. Pets allowed. All amenities are available: shampoo, toothpaste, washing powder etc... Kitchen with all appliances & amenities like coffee & tea facilities, etc. TV, WiFi, Sonos system included.

Perfekt Home at the city center

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes with the tram or by walking and the lake and other sights are within easy reach by public transport or by foot. Welcome home!

Beautiful Loft - Zurich Berninaplatz

The 150m2 apartment is located on the building top floor next to Berninaplatz. Oriented South, it is bathed with sunlight thanks to its large windows. It offers a stunning 80m2 terrace to which all rooms have direct access to. The center of the city is 15 mins by public transport and the university 2 tram stops away (10 mins by foot). The vibrant Oerlikon city center 5 mins walk with its lovely market and nice restaurants. Zurichberg forest is 5 mins for morning jogging or evening walk.

The apartment is beautiful and sunny, spread across the first floor of a house in an elegant, quiet neighborhood (30 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from main station). 4.5 carefully decorated rooms, an office with two desks, living room, two bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathroom, all with sun and daylight. The balcony faces Lake Zurich, a spectacular view. Zurich: clean air, clean waters, excellent public transport, amazing sports and cultural offerings, plus a notable events scene.
