Zurich is only a 35 min train ride away - every 15 min and until late. The apartment has a stylish living room, two bedrooms with a cozy double bed and two single beds, two bathrooms and kitchen. Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Elsau is located on the city border to Winterthur. Rural and yet close to the city. Visit Winterthur with its cafés, museums, the Technorama or the music festivals! Zurich can be reached in 30 minutes by train and car. The same applies to the Rhine Falls or the border with Germany and Austria. The property has its own entrance and parking space, and is close to the bus or train stop. In summer, the in-house pool can be used by arrangement. Baby crib by arrangement.
