We had a wonderful stay at Bert and Marieke's spacious apartment. We were welcomed by Bert who helped us with our luggage up the stairs and showed us into their well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything we could need. The apartment was beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Bert and Marieke.

Oskar is a great host. He was ready to meet us as soon as we arrived and went through everything we needed to know. Apartment was filled with everything we could possibly need for our stay and was immaculate. Location is great, just a 5 min walk from Centraal station. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is wonderfully located and you have a great view. It is very large and easily usable for four people. We felt very comfortable in Caspar's apartment.

We liked this home very much. I can mention just two things that could be a problem for future guests. First, the stairway to the bedrrom is very steep with small steps. We could not have carried our luggage up that stairway. Second, all the information about the home (e.g., wifi) is in Dutch. Fortunately, we know some Dutch and could read it. The home is very well furnished and was perfectly clean. It is a short walk to the train station and to the town center — a perfect location.

We had such a lovely stay. The host was super helpful and always quick to respond, which made everything really easy. The location is amazing — so peaceful and quiet, with fresh air and beautiful surroundings. It feels like you're far from the city, but it's actually still close by, which was perfect for us. We especially loved the outdoor area by the river — it was such a nice spot to relax. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape without being too far from the city.

Klaas Jan was waiting for us when we arrived and his kindness and hospitality made us feel like we had come to the right place for a few relaxed days. And that worked out all the way. This house is absolutely recommended! We have enjoyed this beautiful, stylish and well-kept place by the water. We didn't really lack anything. Delicious coffee, good wine, tasty, local cakes: everything was ready, we could grab and enjoy it. The house has a warm, stylish decor with plenty of privacy; all facilities are available. Outside, it is also nicely and cozily decorated, nice to be able to see the passing boats from the bedroom. Klaas Jan, thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

Beautiful spacious apartment. Ideal for a city trip. More affordable and much more space than a hotel room. Car is safely parked behind a fence behind the house. The Albert Heijn is around the corner, so shopping is quick. We walked to the center, but with rain we also easily used an Uber. The Splashbus is recommended for children. Ideal apartment of 4 floors.

Meineke’s place is in a great location, just an 8 minute walk to grocery stores, historical center of Gouda and the train station. The house is comfortable and very clean. It is very well-appointed with every kitchen tool you can imagine. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing that I think bears mentioning is that if you are sleeping on the top floor, you have to go down a flight of 13 steps to use the bathroom in the night. I’m 72 and need to do that once or twice every night and handled it well. There is a hand-rail and a night light. But, just something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Marianne manages the property and lives right next door. She greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive to all questions.

Wonderful space! Beautiful interior, very well equipped for everything you might need over a long weekend stay. Marina was lovely, very helpful and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable, location excellent, every part of the space is well thought out and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Friendly and helpful hosts, lovely space, central location.

This is a modern apartment in a historic building on a beautiful street/canal. The place is very conveniently located for visiting Gouda, walking distance to the station, but still in the centre of the city. The apartment is light throughout and has a well stocked kitchen with all the crockery, pots and pans you need for self catering. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. Check in was keys in a lockbox, making it very flexible. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

This apartment was wonderful! Plenty of space, super clean, and really welcoming – perfect for a weekend break. Sabine was a fantastic host – so friendly, always quick to help and hospitality made our trip even better. The apartment was in the heart of Leiden with great recommendations from them which was a real bonus. Thank you so much!

This place was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Mike and Sevim were supper nice and responsive to all questions I had. Very close to markets, coffee and restaurants. I wasn't sure by the description how private it would be, but there is no issues with privacy. Mike and Sevim are fantastic people and we were able to have a beer and break bread together on an evening or two. Fantastic stay and worth every penny.
