De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

Group accommodation Stoutjesfarm is a large holiday home with 8 bedrooms and 32 beds. In the middle of nature. In the back of a yard. 2.5 km from the cheese city of Gouda. The building is new and modern furnished & tidy! Ideal to stay with a group or family. There is a play area for youth. The main booker must be at least 25 years old. And is responsible for the group and the building. No sound carriers such as music boxes allowed. NO night parties allowed No arrival on Sundays.

The city center, the beach and stores are all within 30 minutes of our house in a very quiet neigberhood Our open living room will feel like you are sitting in the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything you need to create a real chef's diner is available. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. Linnen and towels are not provided by us. But we can arrange them for you this will cost extra.

The entire apartment on the upper floor is all about in all the comforts. It features a private kitchen. This kitchen has pans, crockery and glasses, fridge, kettle, combi-microwave and induction stove. Bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 separate bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 smaller single beds 75 cm wide) and a cozy living room. Free WiFi. The ground floor and first floor are private.
