The cottage is equipped with a spacious and cozy living/dining room, a separate bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, air conditioning and kitchenette. Het is een gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

Rural guesthouse, close to Rotterdam

Behind our farmhouse is a separate guest house on our property. The cottage is quiet and rural, but centrally located in terms of surroundings. It is complete, for max 2 people, with privacy and free view at the back of the cottage on a meadow, where in the summer regularly some cows of the neighbors walk and in the winter sometimes some sheep. Our farm is no longer in operation; we only have chickens (which walk freely around the yard) and there are a few rabbits and carrier pigeons.

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Enjoy playing in the large garden, take a walk/bike ride through the area, visit Gouda and enjoy a drink under the veranda at the end of the day? Experience it in 'Buitenkansie'! This cottage is not suitable for noisy guests and groups of friends who are looking for a base for parties. In addition, the cottage is also not suitable for guest workers. Notice! The upper floor has a low ceiling.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.

The entire apartment on the upper floor has all the comforts. It has its own kitchen. This kitchen has pans, dishes and glasses, fridge, kettle, combi-microwave and induction cooktop. Bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 separate bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 smaller single beds 75 cm wide) and a cozy living room. Free WiFi. The ground floor and first floor are private.
