Big familyhouse near a beach, 30 minutes to center

Het is een gezinswoning met veel ruimte en 4 slaapkamers (in totaal 7 slaapplaatsen plus eventueel 2 losse matrassen op de grond) Parkeren kan voor de deur en is gratis. De woning is dichtbij een klein winkelcentrum en strand met boulevard, waar allerlei horeca zit. Naast het strand zijn er allerlei recreatie mogelijkheden. Ook is de metro dichtbij, waarmee je binnen een half uur in centrum Rotterdam zit. Rondom de zevenhuizerplas is een natuurgebied waar je kan fietsen, skaten en wandelen.

Want to stay centrally in an apartment in the old village center of Moordrecht? Cycling through the lowest polders in the Netherlands or by ferry to an empty hinterland? The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.
