We felt right at home at Laura's place. It served us just right with lots of greenery around us and comfortable rooms with equipment like baby high chair & crib for our infant. We really enjoyed hiking around and eating at nearby restaurants which had an excellent vibe. The house offered a big collection of books to enjoy & the kitchen was well stocked with quality cooking utensils. Laura was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay.

Had a beautiful couple of days in the wooded retreat. So peaceful. Loved the yoga room. Everything was so relaxing. Loved that there were instructions for everything so was easy to use the pellet stove and fire pit! The roof deck was great for star gazing. Five stars for sure.

The house is beautiful and the location was lovely, but there were a few things that fell short of the listing description. There was a strong mildew smell in the garage (even after the handyman aired it out), and some basic amenities were missing, like laundry baskets, food storage space, and charging cords for the speakers. There were also only two tall drinking glasses, which was tricky for a group. The outdoor living area shown in the listing wasn’t set up when we arrived, and we would have loved to enjoy it if the cushions were more accessible. That said, the host was very responsive when we reached out with concerns, which we appreciated. With a few tweaks to better prepare the home for guests, this could be a truly wonderful stay.

Absolutely incredible stay — this place deserves every single one of its five stars and then some! From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze, setting the tone for a completely stress-free weekend. The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for comfort and fun. We were blown away by the amenities — a hot tub for relaxing, a pool table and ping pong table for friendly competition, and a cozy fire pit perfect for unwinding in the evenings. Every room felt inviting, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable — we all slept like rocks. Whether you're looking to kick back or stay entertained, this home has it all. I would recommend this gem without hesitation — 1000% worth it!

We loved staying at Grandmas place. It’s such a lovely home and the back yard is so beautiful. It’s very close to town and we walked everywhere. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is a fire pit out back, and the beds are comfy. Grandma does live there and stays on the adjoining right side of the house but we still felt it was quite private and fully had the space to ourselves during our stay. We would stay again and Woodstock is filled with fun things to do and great places to eat.

Substantial and comfortable space. Very well appointed property with hot tub, bath and kitchen with clothes washing facility. Great views and well located near some lovely towns. We had a big car and parking was slightly tight to turn but a very minor observation!

We will highly recommend John and Kelly’s place in Woodstock as a destination for a family getaway. The house has the best of both worlds - it offers exceptional privacy and amazing view along with convenient proximity to the Woodstock town center. The interior gives one a rustic country feel with a record player and huge record collection setting the mood. The house also boasts a great collection of DVDs. John and Kelly provided great sightseeing and food recommendations. The communication was always prompt and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was great. Super simple check in/check out. Louis was great with communications. Great location and everything was clean. Would def recommend and/or stay again.

Jenna’s place worked well for our family reunion in Catskill village, convenient to Main Street shops. The shower set up (curtain in a tub) was a bit tricky.

Absolutely loved this beautiful space. Jed was super responsive and accommodating. The home is in a great location— close to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. And the coffee and chocolate was a lovely touch!

Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

Such a fantastic stay right in the heart of Kingston! This apartment was exactly as described and incredibly clean. Easy to get to everything in and around Kingston. Tara was a responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in/check out.

This is such a lovely space. It was immaculately clean. The bed was super comfy. The thing I enjoyed the most were the big tall windows looking out over the trees and neighboring yards in a historic neighborhood. Max was a great communicator when I had a question about the washer and dryer. And because I was taking Amtrak home, he was kind enough to extend my checkout time by a few hours. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We were in the area for my daughter's college graduation, and the "shack," as it's known, was perfect for us. It's comfortable, well-appointed with cool amenities (big, super-comfy bed, full bathtub, lots of vintage fixtures and furniture and a woodstove). What's really cool is that the dwelling's modest facade belies a remarkable spaciousness once you get inside - like the Charmed Wizarding Tents in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire." It's sort of a loft, with small spaces above in the front and rear, but the real attraction is the cavernous space in between. It's quiet, but surrounded by restaurants and other small businesses and a small park that hosts a farmers' market on Sundays. Don't miss the standout cuisine at Garden House, the Middle-Eastern restaurant right across the lane. It's a hub for a small, sweet community of older folks who add real warmth to the place, and the food is incredibly good. Comfort with a sense of adventure. Would we stay here again? Definitely.

I highly recommend Suzanne's place for anyone visiting Windham! She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and my stay. As someone who travels constantly for work, my schedule can be quite unpredictable, and Suzanne was unbelievably accommodating and flexible with my changing needs. I truly appreciated her understanding and willingness to work with me. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Windham, and the view of the ski resort from the back deck was an unexpected bonus! I only wish I could have stayed longer. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, not just for winter skiing, but also to explore the beautiful surroundings throughout the year.

Such a unique stay! David gave very helpful instructions for arriving and getting to the property, even supplied photos for extra assistance. The property itself is cozy and in a great part of the city. There’s lots to do nearby, super walkable, and David provides great local recommendations. The shared gallery space was so cool to see too. Great experience!

Dan’s place is cozy, comfortable and just minutes away from Mt. Beacon in one direction and ten minutes away from Main Street in the other direction. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, though there are so many delicious restaurants nearby- the best of both worlds! The bed was extremely comfortable and the jetted bathtub was a huge bonus. I genuinely relaxed there, which is a rarity for me. Thanks so much, Dan!
