Check in was easy and was actually available an hour before listed time. Parking, as promised, right beside the apartment. Apartment itself was spacious and cute. Had everything we needed. And is right above the pub. Some people may not like the idea of being situated above a pub, but not me. The closer the pub, the better. And this one's worth checking out. And the apartment location is perfect. A 40 second walk and you're in the town. Great weekend. We'd go back.

This place was great. Super simple check in/check out. Louis was great with communications. Great location and everything was clean. Would def recommend and/or stay again.

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. Thanks Katey for sharing her beautiful home and being a great host, super responsive and provides lots of useful information. We had an amazing time!

Very convenient stay traveling with an infant. Interior was very chic and simple. Great location on the main strip and easy access to a lot of beautiful hikes.

Absolutely loved this beautiful space. Jed was super responsive and accommodating. The home is in a great location— close to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. And the coffee and chocolate was a lovely touch!

Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

Alan and Carols house was so lovely. Alan was courteous and met us at the house for our check-in to show us around the home and made sure we were familiar with where everything was. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of homey personal touches and was very spacious. We had four adults and two toddlers and had more than enough space. There were plenty of towels and lots of little things we appreciated like qtips and cotton balls. The pantry had cooking oils and there was plenty of cooking equipment which was great because we cooked a good amount of our stay. The home is in a private location in a woodsy area, but is also close enough to Tinker St. and the main areas of Woodstock so we did walk into town a couple times. You do have to walk on some main roads to get there, so that’s the only thing to note there. Alan was always very responsive to our messages. And we really appreciated the book of local recommendations they had as well. Would definitely recommend this stay

The house is beautiful and the location was lovely, but there were a few things that fell short of the listing description. There was a strong mildew smell in the garage (even after the handyman aired it out), and some basic amenities were missing, like laundry baskets, food storage space, and charging cords for the speakers. There were also only two tall drinking glasses, which was tricky for a group. The outdoor living area shown in the listing wasn’t set up when we arrived, and we would have loved to enjoy it if the cushions were more accessible. That said, the host was very responsive when we reached out with concerns, which we appreciated. With a few tweaks to better prepare the home for guests, this could be a truly wonderful stay.

We will highly recommend John and Kelly’s place in Woodstock as a destination for a family getaway. The house has the best of both worlds - it offers exceptional privacy and amazing view along with convenient proximity to the Woodstock town center. The interior gives one a rustic country feel with a record player and huge record collection setting the mood. The house also boasts a great collection of DVDs. John and Kelly provided great sightseeing and food recommendations. The communication was always prompt and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is so peaceful and quiet - can’t even see another house. Very comfortable and cozy. Perhaps the best memory foam bed I’ve had at an airBnB. Slept like a baby. Within 30-40 min drive at most of just about any area of the Catskills. Also one of the most stocked houses I’ve been in as far as supplies, coffee options, things in fridge, etc. Anne was very communicative. Between that and the sticky notes around the house it’s all very easy to navigate.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming two-bedroom house in the village of Saugerties. The location is perfect—quiet, yet just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and a quick drive to the HITS horse show. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Emma was a thoughtful and responsive host. We’ll definitely be back—thank you.

We had a great stay at this "sexy abode" in saugerties! it was a fun time away with our newborn son for his first vacation away from home. William and Alexandra were wonderful hosts.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

The location was very peaceful and comfortable. It has a great view of the mountains in the background. The place had everything you needed and was very clean and had cabin like qualities. Very beautiful inside and outside as well. The host was very kind and responded right away to any questions I had.

Perfect place for skiers. Cozy and very clean. Very close to the Hunter mountain. Karoline helped me with places to eat and was very attentive. 100% satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

Such a unique stay! David gave very helpful instructions for arriving and getting to the property, even supplied photos for extra assistance. The property itself is cozy and in a great part of the city. There’s lots to do nearby, super walkable, and David provides great local recommendations. The shared gallery space was so cool to see too. Great experience!

Great host, responsive and accommodating! Place was clean and felt right at home away from home! Check in and check out was easy, parking on site, nice neighborhood, cozy place, will definitely be staying here again!

Just a short stay but all was seamless. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean and updated. I would stay again.
