In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. To Kitzbühel it is only 5 km.

Das ca. 20 m² große Doppelzimmer mit Balkon befindet sich im Gasthof Pesbichl, wo du auch frühstücken und abendessen (Halbpension) kannst und sich die Rezeption befindet. Es besteht aus einem Schlafraum mit großem Doppelbett, Einzelbett und Schlafcouch und eigenem Badezimmer. W-Lan, Terrasse und Parkplatz sind kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist mit Vollholzmöbeln eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher mit selbstgemachten Teemischungen steht in jedem Zimmer bereit.

Individual loft in the souterrain of a Boutique hotel right at the beginning of the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. You can take advantage of all the services offered by the hotel, such as a gym, a large garden with lounge furniture and a wide range of activities such as dance classes every Sunday, concerts, etc. Fine little restaurant with homemade regional dishes including vegan options. Also roomservice for snacks such as pizza or burgers.
