In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

Entspannung im 80 m2 Appartement mit Lounge und einer zugeordneten 300 m2 abgegrenzten Gartenfläche. Die Wohnung hat eigenen Eingang mit Hausglocke. Diese Wohnung ist mit einem üblichen 4 Betten Appartement nicht vergleichbar. Die Wohnung ist 22 Grad „kühl“ wenn es draußen über 30 Grad hat und in kühlen Tagen kann unser Gast, zu den normalen Heizeinstellungen der Zentralheizung, selber manuel die elektrische Bodenheizung dazu schalten. Im Reelaxe-Bereich ist genügend Platz zum entspannen!

It consists of two bedrooms, each with a large bed and sofa bed, as well as a small kitchenette, which is fully equipped, and its own bathroom. Wifi, balcony, patio and parking are free. Another identical apartment is located in the adjoining house.
