Very nice place and I hope the shower box in one of the two bathrooms is be more bigger.

The host Josef was very nice, polite, quick to respond and write back, the instructions on how to get to the accommodation were amazingly detailed. All the steps that needed to be taken to get your accommodation reservation approved were a little more complicated, but the host Josef immediately advised if necessary.

We had a great stay, lovely flat in a beautiful location, easy to get to the ski resort and onto hiking trails. Very helpful host, great communication :)

we love the house as it is very well equipped as well as decorated with so beautiful items. Simone also prepared the local tickets for us (free parking and free swimming etc at local even though we didn't have time to enjoy them). We did biking that are prepared for us either. I am definitely going to recommend my friends at Phoenix, AZ to use this place in the future.

Clear instructions, keyless access. Great for a large group of guests. Great land, covered parking. A little access to the garage. Arriving to the "dry foot" pool. At the pool, more people, but perfect for relaxing after lysing. The cable car is very close, across the street, easily accessible. In case of any doubt, express communication with the host. The location is awesome with great surrounding. Well connected with most of the sightseeing. The room is clean and neat with most of the kitchen utensils which is needed for family. Also, the location is kids friendly. The host is responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the stay at this place would like to come here again.

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

Was very nice, were in Kössen for a wedding. Can imagine that you can easily switch off here. It is very easy to keep, you should be aware of that. Johannes is a totally nice and flexible host! And the neighborhood is incredibly clean!

Beautiful area and the opportunity to live in a pretty old farmhouse. When do you get to enjoy staying in a house that is almost 100 years old? Relaxation and slowing down go very well here. The landlord's descriptions are all accurate, check in and out very easy. Highly recommended.

We were visiting as a group of nine and had a very nice time at Johannes's farm. The yard and rooms are very cozily furnished, communication with Johannes was very straightforward. The cowshed is located directly at the yard, so you should not be too bothered by the smell in some rooms. But that's the charm of the property. There is everything you need for a cozy and simple stay.

If you are looking for a holiday beyond the hotel hustle and bustle, this is the case. Johannes offers great accommodation in his quaint farmhouse. The charming atmosphere invites you to relax and you can relax. The house is quiet and idyllically located. Also highly recommended for vacationers with a dog, ours loved it. Johannes is a likeable, open-minded host and has good tips for things to do in the region. We enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.

We were on our way to Italy for a few days with Arno. The accommodation is centrally located and you can walk to the city in 5 minutes. There are many wall options in the area. Check-in and check-out were unproblematic and well explained. Arno is very friendly and has taken us in despite 3 dogs.

Very nice place to stay with beautiful garden and great swimming pond. Ideal for families. Very nice area with many hiking opportunities. Super host. I'd love to come back anytime.
