Whether you want to spend a weekend with your family or you need a home base for three months. Embedded within the famous Wundsam Palace Stadiongasse 6-8 you will find what you are looking for. A two winged apartment on 206 m² with up to 10 sleeps in 4 sleeping rooms and one grand living room. The close proximity to the Parliament, the Town Hall and the famous Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum are just few of many step stones, which you will find provided on your path to an exclusive stay in imperial Vienna. The two winged Wiener Suite is suited with four bedrooms, a fine dining / living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen for each wing. If needed, the Grüner Salon may also be fitted as fifth sleeping room. Guest are welcome to use everything they can find in the apartment as guest normally do. I will be reachable on my telephone at all times if any assistance is needed. The building is located in the political center of Vienna between the historic town hall and the parliament. It one of the earlier buildings planed by Otto Wagner, one of the most influential Viennese architects. There is the Subway Station Rathaus U2 and the Tram Lines 1, 2, 71 and D within three minutes of walking. Parking is recommended at the Parkgarage am Museumsquartier for 8 € / Day. If it is needed to take the garbage out, then you will find the possibility to deposit mixed garbage and paper within the house. Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

You will feel comfortable in our quiet centrally located accommodation with a garden terrace for you to relax. Located near the forest you can start directly to a hike. In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the swimming pool with natural lake and the tennis courts. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Everyone is welcome!! Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN on the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is included. For NÖ-Card owners, but also without a card, we are very centrally located to various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg adventure gardens and much more. Winter lock from 7.1 to February. February to Easter holidays restricted operation. The house lives, so noises (e.g. wooden worm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Leopold the llama hat car

The accommodation was originally a lounge at an oil drilling site in Marchfeld, later it was used as a moving vehicle until we discovered its potential as a tiny house on wheels. Only the framework remained of the former construction trailer. Everything else was planned, furnished and equipped by us. Guests now find the construction trailer as accommodation that lacks no (small) luxury. In the middle of the llama meadow, it has an idyllic spot on the farm.
