Monthly Rentals in Zarqa River

apartement ia good. host was great. location is awesome. but DAMAC building is not matching all the above, elevators are in awful state, building had bad smell, we faced power outage for 2 successive days.

I stayed at this apartment for 2.5 months. Excellent host, great location for a great value. Apartment bright and beautiful with a lot of storage space. Internet is excellent at a quick speed. Ihab has always been accommodating with all my needs. No issues at all. Will definitely stay here every time I come to Amman.

Staying at Mohammed’s place was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Jordan. From the moment I arrived, Mohammed went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He had prepared a beautiful basket full of fresh fruit, bottled water, and snacks , such a thoughtful and generous gesture that really made me feel at home right away. The house itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has such a warm, cozy atmosphere. It felt like home from the moment I walked in. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable stay. Mohammed was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my visit. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, he replied almost instantly and was always happy to help. His hospitality is truly exceptional. The location is also perfect , safe, convenient, and close to everything I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’ll absolutely be booking it again the next time I visit Jordan. The apartment was as Osama described, it was neat, comfy. Osama helped me out alot and he was a fast responder when i asked for anything. The janitor is a great helpful man, Indeed it worth the money i paid and i will rent the apartment again when i visit jordan.
