Monthly Rentals in Zar

Clean, spacious, cozy apartments with good renovation. Comfortable beds, a great sofa in the living room. There is everything you need: plates, glasses, washing machine, air conditioning, iron. The bathroom even has cotton pads, and we were also given disposable slippers! :) Stayed here for a few days with friends, loved everything! A wonderful host, responds to all questions very quickly. The location is also great: the center of Yerevan, everything is close, there are a lot of cafes, busy streets, places for breakfast and dinner. Right at the house, there is a shop and a stall with fruits and vegetables. It's about 15 minutes to the Cascade. Outside the apartment windows - some kind of construction, but we didn't hear any noise (maybe the construction isn't functioning now). Very attractive price for such cool apartments. This place is an absolute gem, and we felt so lucky to have found it! Beauty awaits both inside and out, with breathtaking views and a truly unique location – the Garni temple is literally just beyond the fence, yet the house and garden feel completely private. The guesthouse offers several unique rooms, each thoughtfully decorated with handmade pieces and artworks. The peaceful garden hints at incredible beauty during the blossom season. But the true heart of this guesthouse lies with its owners, the artists Ruzan and Ruben. Their warm personal welcome made us feel like cherished guests, and their invitation to explore their art gallery and studios was a delightful touch. They were so genuinely kind and polite. Oh, and the breakfast was outstanding – that omelette and Armenian coffee were the best I've had in ages! While we wish we could have visited in warmer weather, our experience was remarkable even with the rain. Thank you for sharing your home; I truly hope to return!

I didn’t expect that the place gonna be so mindful, cozy and beautiful. Everything clean, beautiful view, nice bed, shower, kitchen. Everything is clean and it’s like real village house with amazing view. I’ll come back soon!

Awesome place to stay, very clean and quiet. Apartment was verg big, brand new, matched the description. The host was very helpful and always responding. Recommending to everybody!
