Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Šime und seinen Großeltern sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und makellos sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk des Hauses seiner Großeltern, was uns viel Privatsphäre gab. Die Küche war modern und gut ausgestattet. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem neuen Kühlschrank, der nicht richtig kühlte, aber Šime hat sofort eine Lösung gesucht. Ein Fön fehlte, obwohl er in der Beschreibung stand, doch Šime brachte uns noch am selben Tag einen neuen. Besonders ins Herz geschlossen haben wir seine Großeltern, die sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Die Gespräche mit ihnen waren herzlich und bereichernd. Insgesamt hatten wir einen ruhigen, erholsamen und wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti in auto dal porto di Preko. Parcheggio privato per tre auto, fondamentale per la zona. Proprietari disponibili, rispondono subito e ci hanno dato quello che ci serviva. La casa è enorme, con una vista bellissima dal salotto e dalla terrazza in cui si può mangiare in 8 persone tranquillamente. Tre stanze da letto, di cui una con 2 letti a castello, perfetta per 4 bambini. Tutto pulito ed in ordine. La casa è vissuta, piena di oggetti personali, ma va bene così, tutto nello stile originale AIRBNB. Unica piccola pecca i 2 bagni, forse da rimodernare perché un po' vecchi, ma puliti e funzionanti. Anche se non necessario, la descrizione riporta la presenza di un idromassaggio che però non c'è. In compenso c'è un enorme barbecue! in generale, un alloggio bellissimo ed una vacanza perfetta!

Boris et sa femme sont vraiment des hotes charmants et chaleureux . Leur logement assez typique est très agréable et cosy. Ce fut une belle expérience que de pouvoir loger chez Boris .

Location of the apartment was really good, perfect for walks with my dog Henry. Out of season it’s very quiet and perfect for us.

We had a great time here. Beautiful and clean apartment, great area, Pag is a lovely town and there are plenty of wonderful beaches not too far away. (The nearest one is a little beach at approx. 100 meters.) We loved Šimuni beach and Bošana beach the most. But the hosts made our holiday even better, making us feel at home instantly, inviting us for a welkome drink, giving us tourist information and spoiling us with attentive Croatian gifts. The communication via Airbnb was with their son Marco, in English, and with themselves at the apartment in some English, German, a little French and also written or spoken Dutch <-> Croatian via Google Translate. This all worked out really well, they are such lovely people and we would definitely stay with them again!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und groß für eine ganze Familie mit Kinder. Ausstattung war sehr gut. Wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben. Der Sonnenuntergang ist von der Terrasse aus zu genießen! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hatte uns sogar täglich Gemüse und Obst von Ihrem Garten gebracht. Vielen Dank!

Posto molto carino, vicinissimo al mare, market e attività commerciali. Vicino a Zara. La sera silenzioso e fresco grazie ad ulivi e vigneti presenti nel giardino. Mate molto disponibile e subito pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa. Consigliato per famiglie e chi vuole passare giorni in relax. Bella vacanza. Grazie a Mate e il nonnino che ci portava sempre frutta fresca colta dal giardino.

5 stars all around, this place is a little Gem! We are already planning our next trip to revisit, it’s so picturesque and peaceful (no hustle and bustle). Me, my husband & two boys aged 9 & 7 had the best 5 days here. The accommodation was spotless with all the amenities needed. The boys shared the sofa bed and there was ample room, the boys loved the added extra of Netflix and YouTube. There was a cute pebble beach in walking distance, we did venture out in Ubers most days and found some other lovely pebbled beaches. There is a bakery & supermarket right outside the accommodation along with a handful of bars and restaurants. We caught an Uber into Zadar old town for 2 nights and WOW!It was absolutely stunning, so definitely worth the trip for €12 in an Uber. Check in was super easy with Ana’s daughter waiting to greet us. Both Ana and her daughter were extremely helpful. Top tip, ensure you take up the offer for Ana to arrange a taxi to collect you, taxis are a rip off at the airpot.

This place is amazing! The apartment we stayed in (101) is on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. My family and I (wife and 2 14-year old boys) were very, very comfortable and did not want to leave! We arrived early, before the agreed time for check-in, but Marin's father directed us to a great restaurant around the corner (Viranka) and we had a delicious lunch while we waited. Check in was fast and informative, Marin took us through the apartment, showed us the facilities on the roof, and told us a bit of what to do, where to go on the island. Marin is really great to communicate with, he answered every inquiry placed via AirBNB within minutes, which I really appreciate. While the apartment is really, really nice and has really EVERYTHING you need (even a washer!), the bonus is what is on the roof: a glass-sided rooftop pool and hot tub! Sun loungers and day beds ensured relaxing comfort all day long in the sunshine, while the pool provided the opportunity to plunge in a cool off. We spent several afternoons totally relaxing on the roof, above the hustle and bustle of the Vir beach scene, which for us was just a bit too busy...seems that we arrived just in time for a local celebration on August 15th. Shopping, restaurants, a bakery, winebars, ATM, the 2 main beaches, etc are all within a 2 minute walk from the property, you are right in the middle of it all. Or you can rent an electric scooter from Marin... The luxury level and all that is offered by this property is totally inline with the price, and Marin and his family made sure that we enjoyed ourselves every minute. We hope to visit again!

Marek ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Person, welche sich sehr um seine Gäste kümmert. Bei Fragen und/oder Problemen kann man ihm jederzeit schreiben ohne lange auf eine Antwort warten zu müssen. Die Unterkunft hatte eine schöne, ruhige Lage mit schnellem und einfachem Weg zu sowohl dem Meer als auch der Innenstadt. Eine klare Empfehlung für jeden!!

Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist den Preis auf jeden Fall wert! Die riesige Dachterrasse mit der tollen Aussicht auf das Meer ist ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr groß, sauber und sehr gut klimatisiert. Der Pool ist direkt an der Unterkunft und auch trotz voller Belegung der Wohnungen war immer ausreichend Platz zum Schwimmen und Toben. Das Meer ist keine 100 Meter entfernt. Überall sind direkte Zugänge zum Wasser angelegt, so dass man nicht zu einem anderen Strand laufen oder fahren muss. Zwei kleine Märkte sind in direkter Nähe für die wichtigsten Sachen. Für größere Einkäufe sind die großen Supermärkte direkt am Stadtrand von Zadar acht Autominuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Mate war hervorragend. Ein Problem mit dem Internet wurde innerhalb eines Tages behoben. Wenn es überhaupt etwas Negatives gibt, dann die Küchenausstattung. Hier könnte etwas mehr Geschirr (Schüsseln) und Besteck (Schere, scharfes Messer) vorhanden sein. Tolle Unterkunft!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. We very much enjoyed the large swimming pool. The apartment was very clean and quiet in particular because of the garden view. In the area we found nice places to swim and restaurants nearby. Vesna is a very friendly host and we felt welcomed all the time.

Everything is perfect at villa! Highly recommending this villa!
