Guest house holiday rentals in Zadar County

we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa with lovely pool. The hostess Ana is very helpful and friendly. It was one of our children's birthday and she had brought a homemade cake as a surprise. The pool was beautiful, large and clean and maintained almost daily. Our children enjoyed themselves for hours every day. The villa itself is spacious, has good beds, good air conditioning and is fully equipped (including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, baking oven etc). It is nice and cool to sit in several places in and around the garden (including the roof terrace with sun blinds is beautiful). As a family with 4 children, we can heartily recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful two weeks here and would love to come back again! Mislav is a very sensitive host and just a kind person. We were without a car, Mislav kindly offered to take us to the store for groceries. It was very nice and a big help, as we were tired from the road. If you need peace and quiet, then this house is for you! The house has everything you need for a vacation if you are not looking for luxury. I recommend it!

We booked this house for one night before our departure because it is close to Zadar Airport. The house is spacious, clean and located close to a port and beach. It has only one air conditioning, not enough for the whole house, it is cool in the kitchen living room, warm in the bedrooms. The house is also close to a soccer stadium and a carnival (mid-July anyway) and our night was extremely noisy, difficult to sleep.

The place was so peaceful and relaxing. Both Velimir and his wife were very lovely and friendly. They were waiting us during Check in and Check out. We have a little bit Problem going up stairs, it is so steep to go up to Bed. We love the Mini-Garden outside, we ate there often.

It was just beautiful! Jasna and Newen are amazing hosts. They were always available and helpful. This trip was definitely something special. Many thanks to the hosts very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The room was clean and smelled good. The pool is very beautiful and clean. The surrounding landscape and scenery is wonderful. The area is not very touristic and crowded, so it's very private and authentic there. Snjezana and her family were very friendly and helpful hosts.

Had the most amazing week long stay! Apartment was more spacious than expected had everything we need and the most beautiful entrance garden and balcony view. The host were really friendly and helpful and offerd us local food and a leaving gift. Location is perfect both sea and mountain views and only about 5 mins walk to the beach and small shops. Would love to return and would recommend to anyone. Stunning!!!!!

Hello everyone, we enjoyed so much Sakarun house. It's the perfect house to stay on the island. Very comfortable, very clean, everything you need is in the house. The garden is magical and we enjoyed so much the big barbecue. We really recommend this place. We stayed there with our two kids (2 and 4 years). Thank you Bozo and your lovely family

mobile house was as on pictures with all features and amenities. it was very well equipped inside and outside with all what you can imagine for summer e.g. sunbeds/umbrella, pump, external shower, mosquito repellents. it was 1min from nearest beach where we stayed almost all our vacation days. Sea was nice and clean. Nearest restaurant is approx 10-15m by walk but it does not have my recommendation. I would recommend to travel far for better food. Though Bura house has my recommendation and 5 stars :) Good Job!

The place was flawless, the host was nice, but unfortunately we didn't like the campsite, it's crowded mobilehomes and campers, the beach was dirty, it had to walk or drive to another one.. almost no activities for children and youth

We had a great time in Adam's apartment. Adam and his grandparents were extremely friendly and helpful. Adam always responded to messages and tried to accommodate our needs - he arranged a high chair for our toddler and gave us a ride from the ferry dock by showing the neighborhood. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the property is located in a quiet area. It takes a few minutes to get to the beach, and the biggest store in the area is nearby. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Poljana. Amazing house and we were very warmly welcomed by Milena. Gladly again!
