Too good apartment, and the owner even better, really. It has everything you need, even for a longer stay. The owner has thought of everything, down to the last detail. The apartment is decorated with taste. Restaurants nearby great, pool awesome. Communication with Michael is great, friendly on the level. All kudos and recommendations!

I had been with Eva for the second time and it had been a beautiful stay again. Eva is totally sweet and quick to respond to messages, and she tries to make everything possible. It was tip top clean. I'm also happy to come a third time.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

A pleasant house with friendly owners. Everything is clean, the apartment is spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment.
