El lugar es fiel a la descripción. Cuenta con una muy buena ubicación la cual te permite ir a la plaza comercial, restaurantes y la playa caminando a 5 minutos, así como al Central Park de Puerto Aventuras. El lugar es cómodo y de fácil acceso, el edificio cuenta con elevador. Seguramente regresaremos!!

Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

Carlos was very responsive and helpful with our stay. From meeting us 2 hours late due our plane being delayed, to letting us check out late because our flight was in the afternoon, Carlos was very accommodating. The property and views are everything a first time visit to Cancun are supposed to be, they draw you in and just make you want to keep coming back.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

La ubicación del departamento estuvo súper céntrica, para la central de ADO y la zona hotelera, había supermercados (Soriana, Walmart, Chedraui, costco) a unos 20 minutos aproximadamente caminando. En cuestión del departamento estaba limpio, y fresco a la llegada, ya que habían prendido el aire acondicionado que está en la recámara principal, este funciona muy bien al refrescar el departamento. Gaby que fue nuestra anfitriona, estuvo al pendiente de todo, contestaba súper rápido a nuestras dudas. En resumen, tuvimos una excelente estadía 10/10

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

This place was close enough to town to catch cheap tuk tuk, scooter ride, or walk to town, and far enough to be away from the hustle of the cruise ships arriving and traffic in city center. The neighborhood felt safe, and the grounds are also very secure too. The staff were friendly and super responsive every time I had a question. Grocery store is convenient, the staff has great and trustworthy suggestions for local resources, and there’s a perfect breakfast spot just a few meters away. The internet was a little unreliable (weak signal, tough to log on) but otherwise this was a perfect home base.

Staying at Jaime’s Airbnb was an absolute pleasure! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the beach with an incredible view that made every morning feel like a dream. We loved how close we were to so many amazing restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great food without needing to go far. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Playa del Carmen! I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The decor was tasteful, the bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were provided. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.

Great flat in the perfect location. we would note that the sofa bed was too small for an average adult, and bedding was missing. however they did deliver bedding within about twenty minutes. we also had to buy some coffee which was listed as provided. the balcony was great, and the rooftop pools were sublime. two beds were really big and comfy

Departamento en la torre que está a lado de centro comercial la isla, las fotos corresponden completamente, tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. El lugar es realmente accesible en carro y tiene lugares de estacionamiento dentro de la ubicación. El edificio tiene muy buen mantenimiento y esta limpio. Las amenidades limpias y funcionales. Las dos habitaciones con su baño completo cada una. Cómodas y con privacidad
