Very nice place to chill out. The surrounding area is very nice. Apartment is very spacious and just like the photos. Communication with Gustavo was very good and he was always fast to answer.

La zona es súper tranquila, ideal para ir en familia, el departamento está increíblemente bien distribuido y padrísimo, tiene una vista inmejorable, perfectamente equipado con electrodomésticos, internet, super limpio, pero lo mejor fue el trato de María Elena, su calidad humana no tiene comparación, mi familia y yo te estaremos eternamente agradecidos por tus atenciones, de verdad muchas gracias.

Fantastic place to stay in a quiet neighborhood in Merida. Ms. Tere is so nice and the other hosts communicated well with instructions or any questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, so that paired with the AC after a hot day walking around in Merida was heavenly, and I never wanted to leave. Wifi also works great.

Luis and Carlos’ place is a perfect place to stay while exploring Merida. We were able to park our car in the courtyard for the duration of our stay as we had no desire to drive in Merida. No need to as everything worth seeing is a walkable distance. There’s pizza place across the street ‘Pizza e core’ that has a wood fired oven and they make the best pizza in Merida and possibly Mexico it is so great. Carlos greeted us warmly, helped us unpack the car and showed us everything we needed to know. Thank you for you hospitality. The bedroom is relatively quiet because we could exit to the courtyard, and the kitchen and living room separated us from the street noise. The kitchen was simple but modern and had everything we needed, and I could say the same about the bedroom which was roomy and not cluttered with furniture.

Muy a gusto la estancia, los chicos que atienden muy amables, el chico de recepción nos informó sobre lugares para comer y visitar, solo hubo un poco de ruido por la mañana por los huéspedes que tenían niños, pero es comprensible, muchas gracias y volveremos pronto

Very convenient place to stay, it was close to my family. Clean and comfortable ..only comment is that is just next to a bar that is playing loud music ...but luckily it stops at 21;00

Rene's place was exactly as the pictures showed. I was impressed at how clean the floors were. There's a few restaurants nearby you can walk to and Uber picks you up right at the door. It was very peaceful except for the occasional dog barking but hey, welcome to Mexico, lol. The pool is large and we had it all to ourselves. The temperature was nice also. There's some items in the kitchen to get by on but not ample enough to cook for more than 2 ppl. Anything we needed he immediately supplied and he was very responsive, usually before the time Air B&B had estimated. I would book again:-)

Located in a very walkable neighbourhood with groceries and amenities nearby. Quiet, safe building and very comfortable unit, great for long-term stays. Hot shower and washer/dryer a plus. Gracias por todo!

The apartment was beautiful and the decoration was special, interesting and great. We loved it. In the kitchen a lot of light shone in, making the space seem open and welcoming. It was an amazing place and very peaceful considering its very central location! The location is hard to beat, if you want to be near the main plaza.

Mi estancia fue excelente. El departamento es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena experiencia (¡el internet es súper veloz, ideal para trabajar o ver películas!). Pero lo que más destacó fue el servicio: siempre estuvieron en comunicación, atentos y resolutivos. Josué, en especial, fue increíblemente amable y servicial en todo momento. ¡100% recomendado!

Jose‘s Airbnb loft was very nice. I had a good time in Merida. There’s lots of things to do. Jose was always responsive to any problems and I had the only problem might be if you’re a light sleeper the apartment is on a very busy street and the traffic noise and the vehicles are very loud, but he can’t control that

Nelly es una exelente anfitriona. Durante mi estancia se mostró atenta, amigable y dispuesta a ayudar, sin duda alguna la recomiendo ampliamente y también regresaría las veces que fuera posible.

Un espacio bonito, limpio y cómodo. La ubicación de fácil acceso, fue excelente para mi. Zona tranquila, acceso a tienda, uber llega rápido. Me hospedaje 3 noches sola y me sentí muy segura. Tania siempre atenta y pese a que mi vuelo llegó muy tarde, me dió toda la flexibilidad para que llegara y entrara al loft sin inconvenientes. A pesar de ir en mayo y solo tener 1 aire acondicionado en el lugar, fue suficiente y estuve muy cómoda. La cocina no tenía luz, pero puso un foquito y es solo una parrilla, pero fue suficiente para mi. Por las noches es oscura la entrada y los que vamos de Cdmx tenemos cierta paranoia por la inseguridad, pero la verdad es que ves mucha gente paseando a sus perros por la noche. Muy contenta, gracias Tania!

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo con Paola y, como siempre, todo excelente. La ubicación está súper bien y tiene cerca restaurantes y comercios, el lugar es cómodo y de fácil acceso. Además, siempre está atenta y responde muy rápido cualquier duda.
