Monthly Rentals in Yorkville, Manhattan

We loved Julias cosy apartment. It is perfect for one or two persons and is absolutely cosy! For our stay for one month it was perfect. It is close to the Q-Train, Central Park and all Museums. Yorkville is an attractive area in Manhattans Upper East with a lot of good restaurants and other shops. And we loved to get the best icecream in Manhattan downstairs of the apartment: Anita La Mamma del Gelato!!! Thanks to Julia, she was a great host.

First of all, Ivy is an amazing person and host. She was carrying and very helpful. Her place is cozy and close to many things. I highly recommend!

I needed to stay close to where my father was rehabbing, and this place was absolutely perfect. It was clean, safe, and exactly what I needed. I stayed here for almost two months and was happy I had a homey, cozy place while I was in between more permanent accommodations. It had everything to make you feel at home, in a great location, near the subway. Any issues or questions the hosts answered right away. I was so spoiled from the weekly cleaning and laundry don't know what I'll do now that I'm gone!
