Shezhad is a model host, kind person, and tremendous person. In a different context, we would be close friends. His kindness, thoughtful suggestions, and willingness to help (even sharing his homemade food with us!) went far beyond my expectations. His basement apartment became my first home in Canada and I'm beyond grateful for him.

Mike and Karen are great hosts! The check-in and-out were easy. We had some questions about the heater and even the fire alarm, and Mike kindly assisted us promptly. The house was clean and very comfortable. It has a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, plates, and kitchen utensils—all in perfect condition for use. I would just like to make one suggestion: the comforter we used on the double bed felt too small. Since I visited during winter, a larger comforter or blanket would have been more comfortable. Khang was an exceptional host, very responsive and quick to address any questions we had, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our needs. A great stay!
