Loved the two bedroom, two bath condo. It was perfect for my mother in law to stay with us. Enjoyed the heated pool with our grandkids. Everyone had a great stay. We even grilled steaks for dinner one night by the pool. Thanks Steve.

It was great, especially for couples. Lake view, spa tub with jets, and building to go to for indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, and a pool table. A half basketball court, tennis court, walk trail, and lots of friendly people that work there. Steven is a great host, he responded to me less than 3 minutes after my first message and was responding to me no later than a minute after each message. He asked me what I was looking for and gave me other recommendations. My fiancé walked in and said, "wow, this is perfect." Thank you Steven, we will be back soon...

Our children decided they wanted to stay there forever. The pool and all the games were 100% percent worth it! It was our first visit to the area and it was amazing! They do want visitors to sign up for a presentation. But they give you things for attending. If you don’t want to attend you can say no. It’s a great family friendly but quiet and clean place to stay!

Steven was a very responsive host! Great to work with and place was exactly as described! Would not hesitate to book again.

I've stayed here a couple times now. Elizabeth is a great host, and I've really liked Patriot's Place as a base while working in the area. Highly recommend.

This condo is in a great location close to every attraction in Williamsburg. It was perfect for our family to spend time together. We loved the pool and my husband and I tried pickle ball for the first time and loved it. The place is nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable.

Amazing! I Don't Have Any Complaints! Great Amenities, Plenty to Do, Nearby Attractions, and Very Upkept Property. Check-In Was Smooth and the Staff Were Super Friendly and Helpful! The Apartment Was Clean, Spacious, Cool, and Updated. The Beds Were Comfy and Came With Extra Linens. Kitchen Was Stocked With Everything We Needed. The Outside Patio Was Gorgeous and the View Was Perfect. We Can't Wait to Visit Again!

I loved this place. It was very spacious and clean. I was so happy to have the private balcony...loved being able to go outside without needing to prepare to go out. 😁 There was a little glitch with check-in, but Elizabeth was immediately available to take care of it. I would definitely book with her again!

Beautiful accomodations and absolutely worth it! Location is perfect and central to everything in Williamsburg. There is no haggle by the time share staff in fact they are super friendly and very accommodating. Elizabeth was a great host and went above and beyond to help in extending our stay a couple extra days when we needed it! We will be using her again for our stays!

This room was at a Wyndham Resort and it far exceeded my expectation. The rooms were spacious, more well stocked that most AirBnB rentals, very clean, and well kept. The onsite staff at the resort was helpful and responsive. The amenities were second to none and included pool, firepit circle, outdoor chess, checkers, horseshoes, ping pong, and pool. You could rent games and movies at the front desk. As it is a vacation resort, the concierge will try to persuade you to go to a 90 minute timeshare meeting. We were offered multiday passes to Colonial Williamsburg to do so ($100 value). I ended up becoming an owner in the Wyndham Resorts program and look forward to great trips for years to come.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, we loved the king size beds and had an overall great time. We liked the privacy and considering the reason for our stay it was a perfect match for us.

Dylan was very helpful with making sure my request to be on the first floor with a ramp was met for my 87 year old grandmother. He responded back quickly and was super nice. Would definitely go back. My family loved it there it was so much to do. Everything was in walking distance.

Once you get through the time share business at check in the stay is excellent!!!! Facility is amazingly clean and updated compared to other places in Williamsburg. Very very wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Steven's place! The unit is well appointed and had everything that we needed. It was a wonderful home base for our explorations of Williamsburg and Busch gardens. We will definitely be back!

It was my Annual family vacation reunion & we had, a BBQ, swim, arcade, the kids really enjoyed themselves. Thanks Todd for allowing us to have a wonderful time👍

This place is beautiful and pristinely clean as well as spacious! We loved our stay and the facility was wonderful for the kids and our family. The only negative was the rude phone call after I expressed that I wasn’t interested in attending the timeshare presentation. I ended up just having to hang up the hotel phone after they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Other than that we absolutely loved this place and the outdoor pool / hot tub were a hit!

The unit was clean and comfortable. Todd was very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay.

I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!! It’s a great price for all that comes with it. Spacious rooms and lots of amenities. There’s also very friendly front desk staff to help with anything you may need during your stay. Ryan is also super responsive and helpful! He made sure we had the information we needed to make check in as seamless as possible.

We had a great stay! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with and her instructions and the property description were very clear and accurate. We were initially a little hesitant to book at a time share property, but we had no issues at check in and did not feel pressured at all to attend any sales pitch. I got a text the day after check in asking if I wanted to attend and offering some reward, but I just ignored it and that was that! Great location, very quiet area and just a short drive to anything you'd want to see in Williamsburg. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and nice amenities. We would happily stay again!

super easy check in and the perfect place to stay with family!

Steven’s place is in a timeshare in the Wyndham Club. The check-in process is easy, everyone was friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy when it came to the timeshare presentation. The accommodations were as pictured, clean, the amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, mini golf, etc) were great for our family, and the resort was very close to Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, and Busch Gardens. We’d definitely stay again!

This was a great location for my friends and me to play a few rounds of golf in Williamsburg. We do this trip to a different place every year and my playing partners commented that this was one of the nicest places we've stayed. The check-in process was quite clunky at the resort, as it took about 30 minutes to get our keys and head toward the condo. That's not Brad and Sarah's fault, but it's worth noting.
