Monthly Rentals in Yontocket

My husband and I stayed here for a little vacation to see the redwoods and the Oregon coast. We absolutely loved it. Troy and Melanie's place had everything we needed plus more. It was impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable as well Great llocation too. Right off hwy 101 and close to the Oregon border. Town is just a short 10 minute drive south and there is a Walmart and lots of restaurants too. We have already made plans to come back summer of 2026 for a river trip so we will book this place again.

We loved our stay in Smith River! We stayed a bit longer term for about a month due to work. Rachael was always very responsive on messages any time we had any issues and ready to fix it. There was a couple small things that needed replaced in the kitchen and she swiftly sent us the things we needed to get things up and running. We didn’t use all the beds but I can say the room we stayed in had a comfy bed. One of the rooms our daughter used was a bit firm of a mattress. Overall a very positive experience, I would say a couple things could use some updating just due to wearing out over time such as sheets and towels, and then was a bit of a bummer that the yard was not mowed while we were there as it would have been much more usable for us and enjoyable for our kiddos to play in the nice little back yard :) not the end of the world but would have been nice. Very happy overall with our stay and would love to stay again sometime! Smith River is a very nice centrally located town too!

This home was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The porch was so nice to sit out on and enjoy the peacefulness of the quiet little town. Was nice to unwind after busy days running around site seeing. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Would certainly stay here again.

Perfect little spot for our anniversary trip! Close to Crescent City & the beaches which is what we wanted. The place was very clean & well put together. Loved the little drinks in the fridge because me and my husband did not plan ahead & bring our own so finding those in the fridge was perfect.
