Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Yonkers

Aine was accommodating, friendly, and on top of things with our last-minute reservation. This was an ideal alternative to booking two overpriced hotel rooms in the city and the home was certainly much more comfortable! On top of a pleasant stay in a clean home with plenty of space for the seven of us, the neighborhood felt like a much safer option for the two younger kids. We would definitely book with Aine again!

Great apartment, well-equipped and super clean! Arriving late and finding cold bottles of water in the fridge was such a nice touch. The cookies for breakfast were delicious, and having toiletries available — toothbrush, shower gel, all that — really made it feel like home. Lots of little details that made the stay extra comfy. Honestly, 10/10 — would totally come back!

We had a great stay at Laura's place! They were great hosts that were very responsive and helpful and their barn themed home is great - it's new, very well decorated, and immaculately clean. The backyard was big - it rained most of our trip so we didn't use it much but was a great space our kid otherwise would have played a lot in. H It's right next to a deli/sandwich shop that we got breakfast sandwiches and YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BELLVALE CREAMERY! It's one mile away and has the best view you'll ever have while eating ice cream. We've stayed at a lot of airbnb's and would 10/10 recommend this one if you're coming to the area.

During a very busy weekend, Kirsten made our visit easier. Her place was more than able to comfortably accommodate our larger-sized family. She was communicative and welcoming. Her household instructions were clear and checkout was incredibly simple. I loved the forethought of having space heaters in the room for chilly nights. The home is older, so there are quirks that come with that. There’s also thick green foliage around her home, which can give someone with allergies a little trouble. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful old home — perfect for our family gathering! The house is full of charm, with plenty of space to relax and spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were so many thoughtful extras throughout that made our stay extra comfortable. The backyard and garden are fabulous and made for a lovely spot to unwind, while the front porch was simply gorgeous — a favorite spot for morning coffee. The location was also super convenient to both the city and the train station, and the surrounding neighborhood is full of unique and historic homes, perfect for a quiet stroll. Most importantly, our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish — it really made all the difference. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality!

We enjoyed our short stay in Piermont. We did a few walks into town to enjoy a few shops and restaurants and lovely view of the new Tappan Zee Bridge. Carolyn was a responsive host and the accommodations were nice, comfortable and clean!

we had an amazing 2-night stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home. I truly enjoyed my stay; I was here for a week. Aida and Arianny were accommodating and the place was very clean and comfortable! Aida is kind — she made me this amazing tea and whenever I would run into her outside we would have a great conversation. The neighborhood is quiet as well.

Great place for a great price! Loved all the different porches and docks and all the outdoor space and the beautiful view of the lake! Very easy to work from the bnb as well! Janice was kind and very responsive, will definitely be back!

My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

We really enjoyed our three nights here. It’s a lovely place, with spacious rooms filled with light from large windows. Each room has thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well-placed furniture, with no feeling of clutter. Antoinette’s, a wonderful bakery, is a short walk down the hill for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Just behind the house there’s an entrance to a wonderful, shady trail with views of the Hudson. Nicole and Mike are gracious hosts who communicate very well.

Suzette’s place was exactly what we needed. The apartment provided plenty of room, a great bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor patio was fabulous for us and our dog. The park that was right out the back door was perfect for going for walks. Suzette’s ‘s place is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed and we will definitely be back when in the area. If you have pets and want plenty of space, this is the place for you.

Great Airbnb! Great Host! Perfect for visiting West Point

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! The owners are very attentive to your needs- and if you have questions they are answered promptly- couldn’t have asked for better hosts!!🤗 Thanks again for everything.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.

Kurk's place is updated nicely. Bed is comfy. The tub is amazing! The resort is very nice, the scenery and mountains surrounding it are beautiful, and the condo all made for a relaxing stay!
