The house is situated in a great central place for exploring any areas north of the river by car, being close to the highway, freeway and Wanneroo road. Most places are easy to get to from here and places like Kings Park, the beach, Caversham wildlife park and the zoo are all 15-25 mins away (traffic depending) Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and a huge shopping mall within walking distance which was very convenient. The street was very quiet and peaceful so relaxing in the house at night was never an issue either. Didn't come across any issues regarding the stay, the house was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay and Faisal was very quick to respond to any queries and questions we did have. Very pleasant experience!

Staying at many different types of accommodation throughout Australia whilst travelling for work, Maureen's home was extremely well presented and you felt at home the moment you opened the door. All of the furnishing and bedding and linen etc was of great quality and the home was very comfortable. If ever needing to stay in Perth again for more than one person or couple, this is a great option and will always consider re-booking there first. Maureen and her family are very nice and very responsive and were a delight to deal with. Thank you Maureen for such a lovely stay.

Our family of 4 (plus pets) stayed at Craige's home in Yokine for 3 & 1/2 weeks whilst our home was under renovation. It is a beautiful home in a peaceful section of Yokine and only a 6 min walk from the local cafe as a bonus (with city views from the street). There was plenty of room for our entire family, with ample space in numerous living areas, and the polished concrete floors made keeping it clean a breeze. Located at the rear of a triplex set of units, access was always easy and the setting was peaceful and quiet. It is a well appointed home, with everything you would need for an extended stay - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, outdoor courtyard with BBQ and multiple TV screens etc. Craige was readily available for queries, and always responded promptly. Public transport to the city by bus is a 5 minute walk away, and there is a double lock up garage available for cars plus street parking if needed. We can thoroughly recommend staying here and Craige as a host.

Staying at Rowena’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Rowena was a thoughtful and attentive host—quick to respond, and genuinely caring. You can tell she puts a lot of love into hosting. The location was perfect too—peaceful, yet close to all the essentials. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.
