Monthly Rentals in Yerevan

Clean, spacious, cozy apartments with good renovation. Comfortable beds, a great sofa in the living room. There is everything you need: plates, glasses, washing machine, air conditioning, iron. The bathroom even has cotton pads, and we were also given disposable slippers! :) Stayed here for a few days with friends, loved everything! A wonderful host, responds to all questions very quickly. The location is also great: the center of Yerevan, everything is close, there are a lot of cafes, busy streets, places for breakfast and dinner. Right at the house, there is a shop and a stall with fruits and vegetables. It's about 15 minutes to the Cascade. Outside the apartment windows - some kind of construction, but we didn't hear any noise (maybe the construction isn't functioning now). Very attractive price for such cool apartments. Thank you so much for our time in Yerevan!

Nice place and one of the most quiet and peaceful Airbnb's I have stayed in. It was newly remodeled, so thst was also quite nice. Good.communicstion from Jeff. Would stay again

Liana's apartment was the perfect space in the perfect place. I would have liked to stay a few more days, but the apartment was already booked for those days. It has everything you need. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, I felt completely at home. In addition, the contact with Liana - as far as necessary - was very pleasant. It was also nice that I was able to check out a little later, so I could comfortably bridge the time to the next address. I would like to come back here on my next visit to Yerevan.

Really beautiful interior design style that out of my expectation. Also sufficient spaces for three people to sleep. It’s convenient for taxi to pick up just front of the unit door. And also appreciate for the soooo patient and timely response from the host.
