Rico is a great host and the place was nice and clean!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Tobias house. It is a truly extraordinary experience to spend time in such a remote place. We could see the most beautiful starry nights and at days you could hear and see a lot of animals around the house. Nicole was quick replying, proactive and even brought us some of the eggs her hens laid and Tobias gave us a warm welcome even though we arrive pretty late at night. We had an altogether great time and would love to come back sometime.

Cozy accommodation with art in a quiet area, perfect with children. Had everything we needed.

We had a lovely few days at Anneli's house. It is located in a quiet area overlooking a lake. The house was clean upon our arrival and the check-in was straightforward. Outside there are several seating options and a barbecue. Only the entrance area is modernly designed downstairs, the kitchen and living room are a little older but very cozy. We felt immediately comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful place, wonderful to be able to stay here for a whole week. The house is tastefully decorated and very spacious, you walk into nature. We enjoyed!

Nice cottage to stay in, close to the beach and harbor in a lovely village. Stayed here in early June, so the summer heat was not quite there yet, but I can imagine that this is perfect to stay in July-August if you love to swim and get a summer feeling. No toilet/shower in the cottage but it worked very well to go to those that are just over 50-100 meters away, they were nice and well cleaned.

A fantastic house with many possibilities, spacious indoors and a lovely garden, perfect for the grandchildren to play. Spacious indoors with many rooms to be in and a fantastic balcony. Highly recommended for several families

We felt right at home at Miel. She welcomed us warmly and showed us the house. It is super nice, cozy and like a second home. Everything we needed was there, we didn't miss anything. The garden was also great and there were many toys for the children. They loved the playhouse and the swing. For families, it's simply a dream, we can only recommend it.

We had a really nice family vacation, the two kids (both seven years old) stayed in the little cottage and loved playing in the huge garden around the house. We took care of the chickens and the cat, who is always looking for the way into the house from the neighboring grandmother and otherwise we had exactly the peace and nature that we wanted.

Zoltan is an amazing host! He went way above and beyond in welcoming our group, making sure to give instructions on things and he can be easily reached thru communication channels in case of problems such as water heating. Overall, the place was very private with nearby lake to visit, beds are comfy, barbeque grill is available and we had a really great time!

Pure nature and nice weather, this accommodation is located in the forest, for anyone who wants to switch off completely. Everything was exactly the same as the previous year and in this description , we were there again because of the great experience. This time we were even able to borrow Ellen's bikes and explore the surrounding area. Everything was exactly the same as last year Pool, sauna, fireplaces worked perfectly.

Very nice stay with two families in the comfortable and cozily furnished house of Sandra and Peter. There is more than enough space for 10 people. Our children also had a great time and there were plenty of opportunities for them to enjoy themselves in and around the house. The lake with beach is a few meters away. In addition, the nearby cute village of Gränna and the historic island of Visingsö were nice to visit and you can enjoy hiking in the wooded area. In short, very nice holiday and we thank Sandra and Peter for the hospitality!

Malin provided good service and responded quickly. We had a nice stay in a well-planned house. Unfortunately, the pool was not ready and heated as we had been promised.

A great, enchanted property on the crystal clear lake, for grooming, discovering, bathing, playing, jogging, blueberries, raspberries or cranberries collecting and baking thanks to good kitchen furnishings, for cooking and grilling (or thanks to good internet also for working or informing what is going on in the world;). For shopping you need a car or paddle by kayak to Malexander (attention opening hours of the rather small "camping" kiosk). The house (except maybe the bathroom) is spacious, you have the possibility to install mosquito screens for ventilated nights. Curtains are everywhere; the beds are cuddly, but not for those that can't with cools:). Thanks, Pia, for the great stay and also for the flexibility with the Boat - this made it possible for us to have great fishing experiences!

The house is the ideal starting point, especially for children and lovers of the classic Småland idyll. The furnishings are also original as 100 years ago, but offers current standards. Accessible with ramp at the entrance, if registered in advance. The living room is unfortunately on the upper floor, only accessible via a steep staircase, but since there is a large kitchen and Wi-Fi we did not miss much. The lake is about 2 km away. Hilly, so for fit cyclists or e-bikes. Wheelchair users should also be electrified. Ideally suited for dogs. Impressive nature in the immediate vicinity, including a nearby national park. Astrid Lindgren Park, Katthult-Hof, Elk Safari Park and much more are easily accessible, but away from any mass tourism. Plenty of relaxing tranquility and complete freedom for children, dogs… And not unimportant: very friendly landlords who are happy to accommodate special requests. Such a lovely, peaceful slice of nature! We felt right at home in the house and went on lots of walks around the area. Also lot of day trips to towns and attractions nearby!

Katarina and Lars are super nice and helpful when we needed help. The house is really beautiful and idyllic and the outdoor terrace is great to stay on. The area around the house is clean nature and super lovely. We enjoyed walking to the lake where we had the opportunity to use a rowboat.

We had a very nice time in the house. The house corresponds to the photos and is surrounded by nature. Ideally located to visit the sights around Vimmerby. Thank you for everything!

Pia is a very nice, open, helpful person. The plot is super nice and the lake has very clear water. We are already thinking about booking our next holiday there.

if you are searching for a beautiful place near a Swedish lake, stop making lists and book this one if available. Definitely five star experience!

As a family of five with a dog, we spent six days in this beautiful, exceptional accommodation and enjoyed it very much. A bouquet of fresh flowers was on the table, nature is wonderful, the lake a pleasure, the various huts very simple but cozy. It's also great that you can grab a rowing boat at any time. It was a lot of fun. Katarina and Lars were very nice, quickly accessible, and extremely helpful and committed.
