Stay in our cozy guest house with its own garden. Close to, among other things, Astrid Lindgren's world (20 km), Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund there is also Filmbyn Småland, Karamellkokeriet, Ica, nice natural areas with lakes etc. The house consists of a large combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms (a total of 7 beds + a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room), a toilet/shower and laundry room. Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the middle of central Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but individually and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgrens World. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children as well as a small child as there is a crib. Alternatively 4 adults. Sleeps and towels are not included. The tenant cleans before check-out.

The cottage is close to the railway with about 7 minutes walk to the station.

The farm Skuru is located near Katthult and here you rent your own house on the farm. 25 min drive to Astrid Lindgrens Värld Perfect for guests who want a quiet and pleasant holiday in the countryside. In 2020, we have renovated a kitchen, groventré and laundry and also built a brand new bathroom downstairs. Here is close to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!

The Drängstugan in Mariannelund

Welcome to Drängstugan! A charming, tastefully renovated house with a lot of space, in the middle of the Småland forest, 7 km from Mariannelund. Similar to the farmhouse Emil's friend Alfred lived in, but much more modern inside 😁 It is a large leafy plot that is shared with the host's house. Nice to just enjoy the house, sit by the patio or walk in the forest. A bit away along the gravel road, you have magnificent views.
