Sea water to drink is obtained from the tap on the boat house just next door. Toilet is shared separating dry pass a bit away, no shower. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer compartment. Travel with Östgötapendeln to Boxholm station, then with Närtrafiken for SEK 50/person to the cabin. Kayak 25€/250 kr Canadian 20€/200kr. Rowing boat 15€/150 kr All per day, life jacket included.

The pond cabin is located on beautiful Asby udde. Here you live in the middle of beautiful nature with a nice view of the landscape. Large spacious porch with both day and evening sun. Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing set and toys. As a guest, you bring your own bed linen and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

Exclusive, highly modern country house with boat

Our newly renovated house of95 m2 + 30m2 (2019), parts of it originated from 1788, has a fantastic finish and are situated with a very large garden, 10.000 m2, and approx 300 meters from the lake Sommen (probably one of the most beautiful and clean lakes in Sweden) where swimming and fishing is a must. At the lake there is a nice small boat for rowing and alo a small enginge for longer trips on - this house is the true Swedish dream where charm, comfort and privacy can be achieved all at once

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Direkt vid sjön Sommen ligger vårt nyrenoverade lilla hus med sovrum, allrum och ett litet kök. Uteplats under tak, brygga och strand direkt utanför. Sommarvatten vilket innebär varmt o kallt vatten från sjön i kökskranen och i toahuset. Separat hus med duschkabin, handfat och eldriven förbränningstoalett. Färskvatten hämtas lätt hos värden. Sänglinne och handdukar ingår. Städning ingår ej. Alla gäster städar efter sig, all utrustning finns i stugan.

Cozy cottage with beachfront location and lake view. Proximity to nice swimming and with nature in the corner. Ideal for families with children who want a quiet and secluded location with plenty of room for running in the legs and walking distance down to the beach with both sandy beach and rock bathing in Summer's clear waters. The house was fully renovated in 2018 and has a modern equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. In 2020 we built two new south facing patios.

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Cozy cottage with own beach and jetty. On the large plot there is also a guest cottage which is included. Upstairs there are two sleeping lofts, one of which is a passage room. A double bed in one room, as well as a double bed + cot in the passage room. In the guest cottage there is a family bed (ie bunk bed with 1.20 bed downstairs).
