Welcome to rent our paradis at lake Sommen for your holiday. This place has been in our family for 120 years. When you rent our paradise thrue this site you have access to: - The house, wifi (no data limit), - Electricity included during summer (june-aug). You have the possibility to rent the below extra services directly by the owner. The price can change due to date and lenght of stay. - Roing boat with 5 HP motor: 2500 SEK - Whirlpool: 3000 SEK - Sauna House: 2000 SEK - Bed sheets and towels: 300 sek/set - Extra roing boat with 4 Hp motor: 2500 sek/week - Cleaning: 2500 sek - Deposit: 3000 sek to be paid before arrival - Electricity: 3 sek/kwh during sept-may The house has two bedrooms, Bedroom 1- with a double bed Bedroom 2- with two single beds. In the living room There is a large fireplace, a 55" Smart Tv with Wifi, Satelite Channels and surround system. In the kitchen/dining area there is a large Contura camine Additional sleeping - Double sofa bed The kitchen has: - induction cooker - oven, microwave oven - dish washing machine - coffee maker In the Sauna house there is a separate shower and toilet. It also has a relax room with relax chairs, a beer refrigerator (important) and a sofa bed for two people. On the large wooden deck there is a Whirlpool for 6 people, always heated at 39 degrees There is also two deck chairs with a small table for the umbrella drink (or beer)..also an important thing. You can also have your dinner at the outside wooden table, which you could have prepared on the grill. At the deck there is one rowing boat with a 5 HP motor, it is also possible to arrange a second roing boat with a 4 Hp motor if you are a larger group that like to fish. Family cottage near the lake Sommen (80m2).

Cozy family cottage in scenic surroundings. Walking distance to Lake Sommen with swimming areas and marina. Here is also lovely walking paths. Nearby there is a football field and volleyball court. Right next to the cabin there are both sheep and coke gardens and a large land land lot with space for activity. There is a possibility to rent a boat and fish. In the autumn there are nice mushroom fields in the neighborhood. During winter, there's usually access to a kid-friendly slalom slope as well as cross-country trails. It's about 10 kilometers to the facility.

Cabin near Katthult, newly renovated

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Here it is quiet and calm and you can enjoy fresh air, with nature close by. At walking distance you reach Kalmar County's highest point with great views. You live in a village cottage from the past, which has been completely renovated in 2022. The accommodation is great for overnight stays, for two adults. Upstairs, the single beds are 90 x 200cm. Extra sleeping area can be kept in the sofa bed. The cottage is about a 10-minute drive from Katthult. Electric car can be charged

Strandboden

Simple cabin for two, 6 sqm at Sommen, standard snap above tent. Great as a base camp for nature lovers. You have your own sheets. Sea water to drink is obtained from the tap on the boat house just next door. Toilet is shared separating dry pass a bit away, no shower. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer compartment. Travel with Östgötapendeln to Boxholm station, then with Närtrafiken for SEK 50/person to the cabin. Kayak 25€/250 kr Canadian 20€/200kr. Rowing boat 15€/150 kr All per day, life jacket included.

Cabin at Asby cape near swimming and nature!

The pond cabin is located on beautiful Asby udde. Here you live in the middle of beautiful nature with a nice view of the landscape. Large spacious porch with both day and evening sun. Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing set and toys. As a guest, you bring your own bed linen and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

Exclusive, highly modern country house with boat

Our newly renovated house of95 m2 + 30m2 (2019), parts of it originated from 1788, has a fantastic finish and are situated with a very large garden, 10.000 m2, and approx 300 meters from the lake Sommen (probably one of the most beautiful and clean lakes in Sweden) where swimming and fishing is a must. At the lake there is a nice small boat for rowing and alo a small enginge for longer trips on - this house is the true Swedish dream where charm, comfort and privacy can be achieved all at once

Welcome to Little Fiskarp, a house which is actually a little private "village" composed of 4 small houses alongside a small romantic gravel road. A relaxing peaceful heaven situated in a fantastic nature scenary only 75 m from a sand beach where rowing boats are available for you. Great fishing and fantastic opportunies to bike and hike in the beautiful forest maybe picking mushrooms and berries. Outdoor furniture and BBQ equipment encourages pleasant evenings with spectacular sundowns.

Lakefront cottage with lake view by beautiful lake Sommen

Cozy cottage with beachfront location and lake view. Proximity to nice swimming and with nature in the corner. Ideal for families with children who want a quiet and secluded location with plenty of room for running in the legs and walking distance down to the beach with both sandy beach and rock bathing in Summer's clear waters. The house was fully renovated in 2018 and has a modern equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. In 2020 we built two new south facing patios.

Fint läge vid skogen med egen strand. Inget störande buller från trafik eller industrier. Res hit med Östgötapendeln till Boxholm station och sedan med Närtrafiken där du förbeställer transport för 50 kr/person till stugan. Kajak kan hyras för 25 Euro/250 kr per dag. Cosy cottage with private beach

Cozy cottage with own beach and jetty. On the large plot there is also a guest cottage which is included. Upstairs there are two sleeping lofts, one of which is a passage room. A double bed in one room, as well as a double bed + cot in the passage room. In the guest cottage there is a family bed (ie bunk bed with 1.20 bed downstairs).
