we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

The best place to stay in Liloan. Spacious and clean apartment with separate bedroom, wide balcony where you can drink a cup of coffee, big kitchen with a lot of appliances for self-catering. The nearest supermarket is 7 minutes away by moto taxi for 28 pesos. You can also buy food and everything you need within walking distance. The owner quickly answers all questions. I think this is the best place you can find in Liloan for a long stay. I recommend it.

Mr. Gerald is very helpful, our stay was just for our training and Mr. Gerald even taught us where our training area will be. Will definitely recommend this when staying at consolacion. Although there was some problems with the parking area due to the demolition of the road so maybe Mr. Jeffrey could have told us ahead of time. But all in all it was good stay.
