Monthly Rentals in Yarra City

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Lovely spot in Abbotsford. Suited us perfectly, only complaint is the super soft bed, which is a preference thing more than anything. Loved our stay and enjoyed being greeted by Chappy whenever we came home!

Comfortable and clean, easy access, lovely yard. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent flow and hot water. This place had it all, including my must haves, iron, microwave & great heat. It was cold and rainy but super cosy inside. I did leave my house keys behind and Jerome was quick to let me know and arrange to have them posted. Many thanks Jerome, highly recommend

Good place. Little tricky with parking to check in, but Loren's instructions were helpful. The lift was broken, which was a shame, but all worked out in the end.
