Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Xàtiva

The house exceeded our expectations by far. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the house is, and that's what good pictures. Nuria's house is wonderfully decorated and when we walked in we felt like we were premiering the house, of how clean, well organized and cared for that everything was. Also the kitchen was fully equipped and there were basic ingredients such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc. which we appreciated since we arrived on a holiday and almost everything was closed Nuria as a host, 10. Always be attentive to the questions we asked you before our place, and once there, also be attentive to any questions or issues that may arise. Check in and out was very easy and rounded out a wonderful experience. All in all, a totally recommended place to stay.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

This is the second time that we have come and we love it. Located in a central area with many restaurants nearby, it is perfect to spend a few days relaxing and enjoy the city walking, visiting the castle and the museum, walking the streets of the old part... The house is very large and spacious inside, decorated and furnished in rustic Spanish style, we have loved it. It allows you to see the exits of the processions of Semana Santa comfortably. We recommend everyone who is looking for privacy and comfort.

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

Perfect Villa and location.

The place is just like the pictures. It is located in the mountains and is super quiet, plus the views are beautiful and it is a perfect place if you are looking to relax and unwind. Victor was a wonderful host and was available all the time. He recommended a lot of places and was very attentive. In short, it is an accommodation that I would definitely recommend to all those who are looking for a quiet vacation but with the option of making interesting plans such as visiting coves or villages.

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

The place is great, very clean and in a great area. Maite greeted me in the apartment and allowed us to check in early. She is a host of 10, she made sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend it 100%.

Lovingly decorated , well stocked apartment in a great location in the centre of Alcoi.

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place. Although I only stayed one night due to another trip, Maria did a wonderful taking care of my parents and 2 year old for the next few days. I would recommend this place for 2 couples or a family of 4/5 if they want to explore Valencia. This was a great location which made our stay extra special.

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely stay at Harald’s place in Valencia. The apartment was really nice, with great views and everything we needed. It was in a brilliant location, close to loads of great food spots. (We went to Chick Shack twice!) Everything felt easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The apartment is beautiful. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks Harald!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the square. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Desiré is an excellent host who provided lots of very helpful information regarding transport, places to see and restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Pilar’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with kids. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transportation, which made it super easy to explore all the sights around the city. The host was fantastic—very friendly, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even gave us some great local tips that made our trip extra special. Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
