Holiday rentals in Xàtiva

The house is beautiful with a nice swimming pool set in wonderful well maintained gardens. It is a joy to have food at a table and have these wonderful views and colours. Everything in the house is in an excellent condition. The place is quiet and well located for sightseeing and walking the area. We had some issues with wifi due to a wasp nest on a receiver, which were promptly resolved. There is an air conditioning unit in the big bedroom, kitchen and only a fan in a small bedroom, which maybe too little for some when it is hotter. The air temperatures there are a few degrees higher than on the coast. There are many midges and mosquitoes, especially in the evening, so it is helpful to use an insect repellant. I missed having a washing machine (I knew it was not available at the time of the booking) , which would have been perfect to use in the hot weather. The owners are very nice and helpful, providing total privacy to their guests.

The house exceeded our expectations by far. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the house is, and that's what good pictures. Nuria's house is wonderfully decorated and when we walked in we felt like we were premiering the house, of how clean, well organized and cared for that everything was. Also the kitchen was fully equipped and there were basic ingredients such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc. which we appreciated since we arrived on a holiday and almost everything was closed Nuria as a host, 10. Always be attentive to the questions we asked you before our place, and once there, also be attentive to any questions or issues that may arise. Check in and out was very easy and rounded out a wonderful experience. All in all, a totally recommended place to stay.

The communication with the host has been extraordinary, and the surroundings of the apartment, which is tastefully renovated, is beautiful. Xàtiva has been quite a discovery for us.

Míriam has been very kind and attentive to us. It is very easy to talk to her. Being in the same field, we had intimacy (which pleasantly surprised me) since both she and her husband are very respectful. 10/10

The best hosts you could wish for! We were very lucky to stay with a very loving host couple - and what can we say? It was just perfect. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival with a loving gesture: wine, snacks and even treats for our dog - including a food bowl! The accommodation itself is furnished with incredible taste and attention to detail. There is really nothing missing: from coffee amenities (even with cookies!) to small extras that make the stay special. The hosts not only provided comfort, but also provided us with a small program of activities and restaurant tips nearby – super helpful and personally compiled. The location is fantastic: quiet, with wonderful views, close to charming villages, small shops and the beach. Great for hiking too. These two people are the epitome of hospitality.

Stay too short, the accommodation is perfect, bright and exceptionally clean. It smells fresh and like clean laundry. Everything you need to have breakfast and even a tray of cookies offered, too nice. Very well equipped and close to small shops. Very family-friendly neighborhood and secure residence. Access to the garage by elevator directly from the apartment. Host present at the key handover and although we did not speak Spanish, the lady took the time to make us understand how the apartment works. Great experience, I recommend it. Thank you
