Holiday rentals with a pool in Xàbia

Mariela's house is amazing. We spent an amazing weekend hanging out at their swimming pool, having nice outdoor meals, etc. I highly recommend it to spend time with friends or family, and we'll definitely consider it again if we come back to the area. They even allowed us to have a late checkout, which allowed us to maximize the weekend.

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

A lovely place high up the mountain with a view onto Javea Valley. Adam and Neil were very helpful - also guiding us to the location itself. Recommended place to stay for Javea.

We wish we had booked for longer as there was so much to see. A beautiful place with an incredible host. We will be back!!

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

We felt right at home. The house is beautiful, it has all kinds of amenities both in the kitchen and in the rooms, very complete. It is centrally located and well-connected. The host was very nice and I answered all the doubts instantly.

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

Nice and well equipped house in a very quiet area and close to the beach. Highly recommended to spend a few days with the family. Communication with Vicente and Javier was excellent, thank you for being so aware of everything. See you soon!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. A wonderful experience, thank you Jorge, we would love to return!

We stayed one month during wintertime but it felt like springtime. We will return next winter. The location is perfect, the house is cozy and warm, Jávea is our preferred city in the costa blanca. In Spanish there is one word for it all: estupendo. It was. Thank you Ramona and Ivo. Marc & Lut

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Great location between l’Arenal beach and the port. 10-15mins walk to either, both of which have lovely restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and the balcony was impressive (dining, relaxed seating & hot tub for 2 people). Lots of parking available and great kitchen facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Arrival instructions were clear. Note €10 cash required for 8pm-midnight arrival or €30 midnight-9am. Communal pool looked lovely but was too cold to use at the time of year we visited (May). As others have mentioned, the apartment looks out onto a fairly sizeable road which didn’t bother us in the main (you get the odd loud moped). Overall a great stay and great communication from Patricia.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of the Xabia coast, extremely clean and fully equipped. Super thoughtful, the fridge is full of thoughtful touches, you can tell he likes to take care of the traveler. We were surprised by the amount of details you can find in it, it makes you feel like In your house, since you don't lack anything. Ideal for couples, and super cozy. We loved it!!

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. Beautiful views from the hot tub - a wonderful way to start 2025 :)

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

Best Seaview which I ever seen. One of the most expensive Houses in this area. Elegant, big and deep swimmingpool , very clean, home in spainish regional style. The price is reasonable and if I come again to Moraira I m gonna choose only this point. What suggest to change is: warm water in pool.

We spent a week in this wonderful vila which is located in the best part of Moraira, just a few minutes from El Portet beach. The vila itself is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor space is very well designed so you can spend whole day outside Carmen and Rafa are very friendly and polite hosts who are taking extra mile for their guests! We would highly recommend this place for all travellers!

Beautiful accommodation, very simple communication before and on site. The only small negative points, lots of ants all over the house, and air conditioning upstairs, in the master bedroom, which does not work well. Recommended

What a delightful home! The hospitality is wonderful, and the house is beautifully furnished, truly making you feel at home rather than in a typical rental. It’s fully equipped with all the comforts you could need. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night. There’s ample space throughout the house, and with the lovely weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning garden. The pool is fantastic, and the garden is a beautiful oasis filled with flowers and plants, providing plenty of privacy. A car is essential for exploring the charming spots nearby, as the neighborhood is quite tranquil. We loved the various outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, and baking dishes, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. Plus, the views of the mountains are gorgeous, and the heating/air conditioning worked perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We spent a fantastic few days in the house! The area is super quiet and by car it was accessible to everything. When we arrived I was super clean and when we needed something they would respond to us immediately.

We a family of four with visiting in laws had a great stay at casa charme. The house is split into two levels and two dwelling areas making it great for hosting. The gardens are lovely and there is WiFi throughout the property. We enjoyed the pool as well.

It is a fantastic house large and lovely pool. There are also downsides of dirty pillows and duvets and some kitchen utensils were also in need of something new. Very unfortunate for his beautiful house, then you would think that everything has been taken care of in the last detail. Maybe a hint to take a look at 👀 Regards, Janko Mady and Ria and Ron
