Holiday rentals with beach access in Xàbia

Cozy and well-equipped studio, small but perfect for two people. It was well decorated and the hosts were very helpful and kind.

Great beautiful apartment with sea view, super friendly reception, we felt completely at home. The host was super quick to respond to everything and in the meantime asked herself if everything was to your liking. In short, it is highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at Casa Lola. Cat and Adam have furnished everything with a lot of love. Even the few house rules were creative and lovingly depicted in self-painted pictures. It was very clean and the surroundings were beautiful. Cat and Adam are very friendly and if our English was a little better, we would have liked to talk to them more. We can recommend Casa Lola 100% and have nothing to complain about. We hope to see you again.

The stay in Adriana's apartment was great, she was super attentive to us and attentive to calls, very flexible with check-in and check-out times, the apartment was great with everything you need to spend a few days, super comfortable and perfect for 4 people. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

The apartment is excellent—spacious, beautifully renovated, with all-new furniture and kitchen appliances. It’s just a 20-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute drive from the beach in Arenal. Maximo is a great host, accommodating and reliable with communications. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

Unbeatable location, Teresa's house is right on the beach. Very close to all amenities and fully equipped Teresa was a very caring host always attentive to our needs

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

We had an amazing stay!! It’s a lovely house and garden where you can cool off in the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Javier is an amazing host and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place!!

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of the Xabia coast, extremely clean and fully equipped. Super thoughtful, the fridge is full of thoughtful touches, you can tell he likes to take care of the traveler. We were surprised by the amount of details you can find in it, it makes you feel like In your house, since you don't lack anything. Ideal for couples, and super cozy. We loved it!!

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

We had a wonderful stay at Alvaro’s apartment. The flat is amazing, super clean very good location and we found everything we looked for and more on this stay. The communication was amazing, the hosts availability exceptional and we enjoyed every minute spent in this quaint town and this amazing location. Great place and great host. Hugo was very responsive and kind, explaining everything in great detail. What really stood out for me was how well furnished the place was, we had all the amenities we needed that are usually missing: sponges, towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning products, coffee machine with hot cocoa and even loads of books ! Everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The place is really cool and gives off a super chill vibe. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway near the beach with a group of friends.

We had a lovely stay at Inge’s. What a great location - 5mins walk from the sea front. All very new inside, with spacious bedrooms, a well laid out kitchen and nice bathrooms (showers had good pressure). Nice communal garden and swimming pool, with shade ideal for hot days. Had a great time and will be coming back. Thank you!
