Mariela's house is amazing. We spent an amazing weekend hanging out at their swimming pool, having nice outdoor meals, etc. I highly recommend it to spend time with friends or family, and we'll definitely consider it again if we come back to the area. They even allowed us to have a late checkout, which allowed us to maximize the weekend.

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

Nice and well equipped house in a very quiet area and close to the beach. Highly recommended to spend a few days with the family. Communication with Vicente and Javier was excellent, thank you for being so aware of everything. See you soon!

Such a lovely villa, great pool that could be heated and whirlpool, kitchen was very well equipped. Spacious lounge and kitchen area, beautifully kept gardens, great restaurants nearby and a very good local shop at the top of the road, easy drive to Arenal sandy beach, also great restaurants and shops, would definitely go again.

Marisa was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is charming and feels like a home. I am looking forward to staying again.

If you are looking to stay in the old town this apartment is in an unbeatable location. Restaurants, grocery stores, cafes are all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself, although small, is well appointed with everything one might need and is clean, modern and nicely decorated. One thing to note is that the one and only window does not offer any kind of view, but in my opinion this is not a negative as it simply prompts one to get outside. While there, I had a small technical issue (due completely to my lack of tech savvy) and Victoria (the host) responded to my question promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment, clean and very cozy. The terrace was a luxury, with beautiful views and a good breeze. Although it is very close to the Paseo de Jávea, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Undoubtedly, para repeat.

What a nice and modern apartment, with great views! The apartment was very clean and the communication with the manager went smoothly. Javea is a very beautiful place with a nice beach 5 minutes' walk away. All the necessities were there and we enjoyed the coffee. We will definitely come back here again!!

It was are second stay at Laura’s lovely apartment a short walk away from The Arenal. The apartment is in great quiet location but very close to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Stylish modern apartment in a quiet area of Xàbia Old Town. After our beach days and hikes it was so nice to come back and relax here. Hosts greeted us on arrival, they are very warm and friendly. Easy free parking nearby, too!

Apartment was extremely well equipped -loved the new bathrooms and high spec modern kitchen Communication was really excellent and he every effort was made to help us, Really appreciated the early check in and sorting out a couple of issues promptly. Wonderful treatment, accommodation and unbeatable atmosphere. The accommodation and the estate were new and everything was taken care of, down to the last detail Both Ramona and her husband provided us with a great stay. We will definitely repeat.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Great location between l’Arenal beach and the port. 10-15mins walk to either, both of which have lovely restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and the balcony was impressive (dining, relaxed seating & hot tub for 2 people). Lots of parking available and great kitchen facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Arrival instructions were clear. Note €10 cash required for 8pm-midnight arrival or €30 midnight-9am. Communal pool looked lovely but was too cold to use at the time of year we visited (May). As others have mentioned, the apartment looks out onto a fairly sizeable road which didn’t bother us in the main (you get the odd loud moped). Overall a great stay and great communication from Patricia.

Vladi was a great host who communicated really well throughout. The access instructions made it very easy on our arrival. The duplex flat was clean and equipped for our 3 night stay. 5 minute walk from the vibrant Arenal area with great views and lots of restaurant/bar choices. We would definately recommend. A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. We had a wonderful stay at Alvaro’s apartment. The flat is amazing, super clean very good location and we found everything we looked for and more on this stay. The communication was amazing, the hosts availability exceptional and we enjoyed every minute spent in this quaint town and this amazing location. Great place to stay for us. Loved the apartment and we were very comfortable. Everything good quality and working perfectly. Enjoyed the balcony and the pool - so lovely and quiet at the time we visited. Super location close to the beach via short walk along marina/canal. We didn't have a car, but if we had, parking would have been easy. Javea is a lovely town, and we enjoyed visiting the port as well as the beach. VincenteyPatri were very helpful and responsive, communication before and during our stay was always prompt, with offers to help and the information booklet in the apartment was super - full instructions for everything, plus lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. This is a very lovely apartment as pictured. Spotlessly clean and ideally location for restaurants and coffee shops and the beach. Rosa is such a lovely host who thoughtfully provided extra bedding for us without asking and we felt looked after! A superb apartment to be recommended.
