Holiday rentals with a patio in Wyndham City

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

Haijing’s place was very well located and quiet even though it was within easy distance to every city convenience. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. I enjoyed my time there and give high marks to this host and her place. Thank you!

Nice, clean, quiet condo close to the waterfront. There is only one set of keys, which is something to consider if you are traveling with people that may want to come and go on different schedules.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Perfect location if you want to get shopping and the Casino. Place was great size for an older family of 4. Nice and relaxing after a full day on your feet.

Shuang's place was a lovely stay! Amazing views from the balcony, very responsive host and no dramas with check in. The beds were comfy and the house had all the amenities needed

Had a wonderful stay at Haruka’s place. Bathroom was a bit squeezy but otherwise it was a nice place for the 2 of us who wanted to explore Melbourne CBD area. Multiple tram stations that are of walking distance, as well as close to a Woolsworth and quite a few restaurants too.

We have very good experience living in this place. Our host was awesome and we will highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed—from kitchenware to comfortable furniture and other household essentials. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable. All of us absolutely loved the place. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care. We had a fantastic time staying at Billie's place. the entire house was better than photos spacious, stylish, decorated abd wel equipped. Serioulsy it had everything we needed. if your considering booking this place rest assure you dont need to bring anything as it had everything we needed, even toothbrush was available The location was perfect. within walking distance of shopping abd restaurants. Easy access to highway if you are travelling to Melbourne city or Geelong. definetly worth booking the place. 5 stars all around. Would definetly stay here again!

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

From the moment you walk through the door of Julies Airbnb it was welcoming and cosy. The view from the balcony was great to wake up to and the location was central enough to be within walking distance to all the great cafes and shops. Highly recommended, Julie is a great host.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
