Holiday rentals with beach access in Wyndham City

There are so many positive things to say. I was torn between staying in the CBD or Southbank, and I definitely made the best choice. The apartment is almost right in front of the Yarra River, such a beautiful spot for walks. The whole area is so cozy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The sheets and duvet were hotel-quality, so soft to sleep in, and the same goes for the fluffy bath towels, plenty of them too. The shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The curtains in both the living room and bedroom were amazing. We even got to watch some ballet rehearsals from our balcony! John and his wife were very kind and polite. They gave us great local tips and even allowed us to check in earlier, as the apartment was ready ahead of time, which we really appreciated! The pool, hot jacuzzi, and sauna are definitely worth using, such a well-maintained space. Amazing hosts and an amazing place.

Perfect little studio in the heart of St Kilda- but on a nice quiet residential street so a good night sleep is guaranteed! There’s even a quaint little balcony where you can see the ocean and city. We were blessed with perfect weather for our Melbourne weekend and loved the convenience to be able to walk to everything in St Kilda or hop an easy tram to the city: definitely recommend !

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay here. I would not hesitate to stay again. Comfy bed, good shower pressure, heating. What more could you ask for!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

Nice, clean, quiet condo close to the waterfront. There is only one set of keys, which is something to consider if you are traveling with people that may want to come and go on different schedules.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

It was a great stay at Raj's and Anika's place. Everything was as mentioned. Definitely recommended.

The house is spacious and the view is stunning. Clean and cosy, a quiet area but close to the city. A lovely couple and their dog is just super cute, it is a wonderful place to stay and to enjoy the Lake Sanctuary, or whatever you want to discover in Melbourne. Thank you for the great stay

I was warmly welcomed into Nat & Dan's beautiful family home, and felt much like I was at home. The house was located in a nice quiet neighbourhood with a short drive to local shopping centre, the room was large, comfortable and private, which is located right by the front door. Very accommodating host and easy to communicate with. I'd happily stay again and would highly recommend.

Mr. and Mrs. Tri were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and understanding throughout my stay. From the tour of the property to the smooth checkout process, everything was so pleasing. They provided all the essentials and even went above and beyond by sharing personal items that weren’t included for other guests. The privacy offered was complete, and they made sure I was comfortable at all times. I would definitely recommend this as a comfortable place to stay!

Xia was away when we stayed so her husband and two adorable kids hosted us. The neighborhood is quiet and the place is 3-5 min walk to a bus stop. The room has plenty of space. We appreciated their flexibility for check-in and check-out, and hanging out and playing with the kids.

If anyone wants to stay in an affordable Air Bnb and have the most amazing host well Lorraine is your woman. She is so generous and caring and will look after you like you are family. Every time I go to Victoria I stay with Lorraine and highly recommend anyone wanting a loving caring person and home then to stay at Lorraine's place.

Julie and Clarissa are the perfect hosts, they were both welcoming and helpful during our four nights stay. They have a beautiful home which is in easy reach of the train station, local shops and beach. Our private bedroom was very clean, tidy and comfortable which provided a good night’s sleep. The ensuite was also very clean and the shower has a refreshingly decent water pressure. The local golf club which is a five minute walk has a bistro restaurant which provides really good food and value for money (not open on a Monday). I highly recommend Julie and Clarissa’s home for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Altona.

We stayed at Sisay's place for 5 nights, and couldn't be happier. Lovely big house for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and small dog. Everything catered for, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. We would have stayed longer but for another booking. Thank you Sisay for allowing us to stay in your home.

Lovely place to stay! We were return visitors and it won’t be the last time we book! The location is fabulous and the apartment is comfortable and the view amazing!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.
