Family-friendly holiday rentals in Wrightsville Beach

The beach house was clean and nicely furnished. We had ample room for seven adults. It could comfortably sleep 9 people since the day bed was large enough for an adult in the alcove area. We were disappointed that the bicycles and the kayaks at the house were locked and we could not use them. But we enjoyed the sound with the beautiful sunsets and the beach was a short walk from the house. All in all a great house and vacation!

The house was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The host was exceptionally responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the thoughtful initial items provided, which made settling in so easy. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, making it so convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway!

Beautiful ocean front home with plenty of space for our large group. Very quiet community with beach access that felt almost private. Close proximity to restaurants and coffee shops with a short drive to the Carolina Beach area. The host was responsive and helpful prior to check-in and facilitated an early arrival. I think it’s important to note the only free parking is a two-car garage that can hold up to two midsize SUVs. There is not a driveway; therefore, if you have a bigger vehicle, plan to park on the street and pay daily parking fees. We will definitely plan another visit in this property.

We are in the restaurant business and love to cook! The kitchen is the best part of the house! Fully equipped, better than any homes we have rented! The location is fabulous. Seconds from campus which was key because we were visiting our daughter who goes to UNCW… Thanks again for a wonderful trip to Wilmington.

Great stay! We loved that our dog could come hangout with us. The place was clean and super cute! Easy drive to beach and downtown.

Rob's place is the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation! The view from the master bedroom's upstairs deck is wonderful. Leave the door open at night and be lulled to sleep with the calming sounds of waves. The sunrises are spectacular! The beach is not crowded and there is plenty of space for all your beach gear, tents, chairs, etc. Rob's Ocean Breeze (ocean front) townhouse is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The place is very clean and decorated in a coastal theme. He provides all the amenities you need to enjoy your beach getaway. The private beach access is literally steps away from the back deck. It's about 50 yards from the townhouse to the ocean. The Kure Beach Fishing Pier is just a 1/2 mile walk from Rob's place. Once you've arrived at the pier, you can browse through the pier's gift shop before heading out to the town of Kure Beach where you can eat at one of the town's local restaurants. The vibe at Kure Beach is fun and festive!

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

Darlene was a fantastic host! She communicated quickly when I had any questions. Her house was probably one of the best stocked AirBnBs that we've stayed at. The pool was so private, I knew we had neighbors, but could not see them. The house was perfect for our family! We loved Carolina Beach!

Sarah was a very attentive host! She gave us great local recommendations and was always responsive. They even replaced the record player so my teens could listen to them. Would highly recommend staying here!

David and Kris were terrific hosts! They went out of their way to keep us informed of fun events happening around the island, which we greatly appreciated as it was our first time to BHI. The unit is just as pictured and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is expertly organized and has full array of cookware. The location is central on the island, making it a quick ride to the market, beach, club, etc. The surrounding live oaks and foliage are beautiful. I would definitely recommend! We will be back.

This place is relaxing and peaceful. It is so convenient to everything. Other people staying in the Cabana are polite, friendly, nice and quiet. MK is very responsive to answering questions. This is my fourth year staying here and i will continue to go every year.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

Our group of 8 had a lovely stay. The kitchen and living spaces were open, comfortable, and a great place to hang out esp. for a large group. The beds were comfortable, and the area surrounding the house was walkable and had relaxing nature. There were a couple hiccups we ran into such as the golf carts dying at 40% or the shower head light in the master being out. Other than that, our family had a fantastic stay at Scott’s place and recommend it for your trip to Bald Head!

5 Star stay for long weekend. Pictures display a truly classy comfy townhouse that smells lovely and has everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and linens are very comfortable. Perfect home with perfect location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Easy and clear instructions for check in and check out. Thank you John and Katie for our enjoyable experience. This is the best place to stay! Your view of the ocean is unhindered with a large private balcony on the third floor overlooking the pool and ocean. Perfect access to the beach. Walkable to restaurants and the boardwalk. We had an amazing time!

We loved this place so much last year, we came back again this year! Updates were made with the sofa and some of the bedroom furniture. Walking in just felt like home away from home. It was so clean when we got there, even my 5 year old noticed that the sofa smelled like it had just been deep cleaned. The beds are soft and comfy, perfect for resting after a long day in the sunshine. You are close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away that you cannot hear the noise all night. I love Thursday night fireworks on the beach during the summer months. Stefan and Katie’s place is exactly as pictured and described. They have communicated with us during both stays quickly and efficiently. We love this place! We will definitely be back if you’ll have us again!
