Excellent location, beautiful, well appointed home with outdoor deck access from virtually every room, gorgeous views. Very clean and spacious - perfect for multifamily or multigenerational get togethers. Lovely that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Elevator is a huge added bonus for initial unload and packing up. Very well stocked kitchen with cooking equipment, utensils and ample storage. Easy to get to Wilmington which is a great town to explore. Emily is a terrific host who is very accessible and kind. Cannot recommend Emily or her beautiful home more highly! Thank you Emily!!!

Amazing location, extremely clean and spacious home, backyard was spectacular. 10/10 would recommend, Timothy was also very helpful with everything. If you’re coming to Wilmington, I genuinely can wholeheartedly recommend Timothy’s home.

Not to overuse the word awesome, but awesome place, awesome location, awesome price. The beach was a very short drive straight down the main road. After a day in an active beach scene, particularly Thu-Sat, it was refreshing to come back to this beautiful home in this chill community. Everything was as described and as pictured. Thanks Tony!

Really glad we found this house for our stay! The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fenced-in backyard was so nice to have for our dogs and they loved having a place to run around. The beds were really comfortable and everything was super clean! We loved the location - quiet street but still a quick drive to anything we needed. Bonus points for being SO close to the arboretum. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in town.

The design is absolutely stunning—every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a space that’s not only beautiful but incredibly comfortable and functional. It felt like walking into a magazine spread, yet it was warm and inviting at the same time. The restoration of the home has won awards and now we understand why. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the hosts. We had the pleasure of meeting Paula and Chan while we enjoyed our coffee on the porch swings. They went above and beyond in every way—welcoming us with such kindness. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The location was perfect to walk to any restaurant or coffee shop. The neighborhood surrounding the home has countless historical homes. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and like home. I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was easy to find with clear instructions on how to get in. Hosts were very responsive and attentive to the property. Lots of recommendations were also listed which was so helpful. It was a very cozy place to stay for the night, Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful home in downtown Wilmington! The space was just as described: clean, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. We had all the amenities we needed, and we walked into downtown and back easily. The neighborhood is full of historic homes and, although located close to the highway, very quiet in general. It was real warm and muggy during our stay so we did not get to take advantage of the side patio, but we were cool and comfy inside. We would recommend this home to friends and stay here again, for sure!

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Loft was just like the pictures—beautiful and clean! We would absolutely stay here again. It is located in a great spot we were able to take a short walk to a couple restaurants, as well as the beach. The hosts had very precise details on check in and check out, they made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect space for a beach getaway!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was just like the pictures and I really enjoyed the location. It is very close to the beach and I like being on the north side of CB. I also liked having the covered parking so my car wasn't too hot! There were nice little touches throughout the house along with a nicely stocked kitchen for cooking. I hope to be back!

WONDERFUL!!! Condo was super clean, beautiful area. Loved the beach theme and all the decorations. Boardwalk is right outside the front door. Easy walking to bars, restaurants, rides, etc. Condo just as described. Super comfortable bed, well stocked towels and linens. (we even had beach towels left for us to use). Pet friendly unit. Stephanie and Josh were super responsive to any questions i had. Pool was nice and refreshing. Loved that the unit was gated and parking was great. Only time we had to get in the car was for ice and beverages. The guests even provided 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that was put out daily until 7pm. THAT WAS GREAT!! No lugging chairs and umbrella in and out of the beach. Shower was great. Hot water with wonderful shower head. All start up supplies we needed were provided. Already looking to book again in the future. Great place for couples with small children, pets or just a couples getaway. You won't be disappointed in this place!!!!

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location, clean condo, and was exactly as described! Only a couple of minute walk to the beach, umbrella and chairs were provided, and Kelly was super friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

Our first time in Wilmington, NC & found this place last minute & it did not disappoint! Roomy for a family of four, beautiful view, walkable to downtown, & the condo had all the amenities we needed ! Bedroom king bed was very comfy & we liked having our own tv ! We plan to visit the area more often & will stay again! Aaron was a great host!

The condo was conveniently located at the termination of the river walk directly across from the USS North Carolina Battleship. And, although our destination on Tuesday evening was the Live Oak Pavillion, it was still a convenient, scenic walk up the river. Overall, this place is a great value for a couple, or small family, and it is within walking distance of everything. We also liked the 6th floor views and sunset! Check out The Basics restaurant for brunch/lunch when you visit!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! I spent 5 nights here with my college roommates to celebrate our recent graduation! The location was absolutely perfect with coffee shops, a grocery store, restaurants and bars all walking distance. It was noisy at nights due to the bar across the street but I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! We felt safe the whole time and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic. It is just 1 block off the beach with shopping, bars and a grocery store just steps away. The bridge to go into Wilmington was very close and convenient. I was so impressed with everything that was stocked for us...extensive kitchen utensils, a full coffee/tea bar, paper towels, cooler, beach chairs/towels, a bag of ice, etc. We had everything we needed. The shower was wonderful. It was very clean, and communication was great. The outdoor deck was fantastic. We spent most of our time there. I highly recommend!
