The home has a large yard that looks onto Wreck Pond with a private pool and outdoor dining area. Super easy access to local shore towns. Note: Spring Lake Heights requires that we file a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay. I will need the name, DOB and pictures of the drivers license for each guest that will be staying.

Due to proximity to the beach, be aware of high tide in Manasquan. Minimum age to book is 25. Book only if price, pictures, location and rules fit your needs. Please provide # guests and reasoning for trip. House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 12 guests. Additional guest can sleep on foldable floor mattress.

Each of the three bedrooms has brand new queen size beds and all 2.5 bathrooms are brand new as is the kitchen and everything else in this gourgous victotian home with lots of outdoor space including front wrap around pouches and large private backyard with gardens .
