Tie up your boat at the dock or use our kayaks and paddle boards. For winter guests, our home is a 10-minute drive to Mount Sunapee. In the evening your family can relax in our open concept living space. A 10-minute walk to charming Sunapee Harbor finds seasonal shopping and restaurants. Cultural events are a 30-minute drive at Dartmouth College. Enjoy it all!

The Pond Cottage at Taplin Hill Farm

The Cottage on Mulligan's Pond offers serene living with a farm experience. Guests enjoy a full kitchen, full bath with walk-in shower, living room, a glass garage door that opens to a screened porch overlooking the pond, and an upper-level deck to catch some sun or relax with coffee or a cocktail. In the upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed and a built-in work area. Note: Guest are no longer allowed to build a fire in the woodstove seen in the photos due to new insurance restrictions.
