Beautiful spotlessly clean home with a comfortable king size bed, full kitchen with washer and dryer and lovely living room to relax and read or enjoy tv.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Kentucky. It is a charming space that is very well-decorated in a way that matches its historic feel, it has all the necessities you could possibly think of, and it is very clean. The space is also even larger in-person than it seems from the photos. It is right next to a cute, small downtown area and it is easy to get to other nearby downtown areas like Midway, Frankfort, and Georgetown.

We had a great time at this cozy basement apartment. It was exactly as pictured at an affordable price—a place to sleep while we visited family in Wilmore. The beds were very comfortable.

We were very impressed with Florettas home. Everything looked just like the pictures and the amenities were amazing Floretta thought of everything from snacks, breakfast foods, and treats including homemade cookies and bourbon balls in the kitchen to all kinds of toiletries, extra toilet paper, and a generous supply of quality towels in the bathrooms. The living area was tastefully decorated and comfortable there were instructions to all appliances, wifi, and TVs. Also lots of games for all ages. This is one of the best equipped and organized Air BnBs we have ever visited. Our family of 5 would definitely stay here again to visit the Bourbon Trail to which it was centrally located as well.
