Had an amazing weekend away here, was lovely and clean and was even better than what we expected! The host was so friendly and welcoming and responded to messages straight away. Oh my goodness I am so pleased we found this house, it was beautiful! Kash was amazing, we met to collect the keys and was shown around the house and even the cupboards were labels for ease of finding things, very informative of every aspect of the house, clean? It was immaculate I love the whole house, plenty of room for the 8 of us. We loved the games room it was perfect. Pool table, dart board and even a stove inside for those chilly nights, amazing garden with patio and seating area that is roofed absolutely perfect for us this weekend. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a home from home to stay if you’re ever in the area. We will hopefully be booking again very soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in an amazing house.

A great cottage to attend a party with friends nearby. We also visited the Rock houses at Kinver. Food at the Eagle pub nearby was excellent, good value and breakfast supplies obtained from the Tesco express opposite.

Lovely accomodation in a peaceful area. Host was very kind and hospitable we couldn’t fault anything. Property matched what we were looking for and we are very grateful. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Really great base for a week of travel. Spacious house with plenty of things provided to make the stay better. Nice garden to enjoy the sun in, and a nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely use this again.

We had a great time using Yoniques home as a base for an event at the NEC. My daughter has already asked if we can stay again.

What a wonderful stay!! It was very peaceful and quiet which is just what I was looking for after doing long shifts at the hospital. Janine was very proactive when communicating or if I had any queries, and the apartment was lovely and clean. It has everything I could have needed!! Plenty of storage space for clothes and fully equipped with utensils, plates and mugs even complimentary bottle of milk which I really appreciated for my coffee in the morning. It was easy to get too and parking wasn’t a problem as janine allowed me to share her drive. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying again in the future :)

Such a gorgeous little space. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside for the couple of mornings of our stay. The kitchenette had a sink, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle. Everything about it suggested quality and care. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay in Donna's apartment in the Old Vicarage. Lovely peaceful surroundings and very secure and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Inside, the apartment had everything you needed together with ample supplies of tea/coffee/milk. Walking distance to amenities or a couple of minutes in the car. All as described by the hosts.

The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

Both myself and my partner had a lovely stay we couldn't of picked a better place to stay, the accommodation was spotless, the hot tub was lovely and the overall stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone that wishes for a nice relaxing time away, we will definetly be stopping again in the very near future. Thanks Nigel & Debs for such a welcoming stay.

Great flat in a lovely area. We were at an event in Kings Heath which is only a 5 minute taxi ride away. The flat is spacious with lots of light, great big comfy bed and everything you need in the kitchen. Definitely would stay here again

Philip is a wonderful host who makes you welcome the minute you arrive at the studio. He was really proactive and available when we had some questions about the place. The studio was spotless and well equipped. Numerous guides and tips were available about the restaurants and places to visit. I would definitely recommend the place to whoever wants to spend a few days in the region.

We only needed to stay one night here, but would have been very happy to stay longer! Nicky was very proactive in getting in touch, and the instructions were super easy to follow. The apartment was great and had everything we needed, as well as being a short drive from lots of places. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely and quiet and was very easy to find. Esther and John were perfect hosts, and finding there was tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk available, along with a selection of biscuits on arrival was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend staying at the Summerhouse and will certainly be looking to book there again when we are back that way 😀

We had an absolutely lovely time at Aubrey's place! It was the perfect location while we visited family and saw the sights around Birmingham. It was very convenient to walk to the train station and catch the train into New Street, as well as pop down the road for some delicious food (Dolphin, Tin Sing, and The Country Girl were all fabulous). We also enjoyed having a coffee on the back patio in the mornings, watching the train go by (the noise was not bothersome in the unit at all) as well as folks on the footpath behind the canal. We would happily stay here again as it had everything we needed!

Paul’s house is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a real home from home and a great place to stay. The parking at the back is a real bonus.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Approached Sophie place after a last minute decision to stay over night, ready to collect a vehicle the next day. Enquiry made at 6pm, response had within 5 mins and booking was made shortly after. We traveled up, check in around 9pm and had a stress free overnight stay with our little boy and two dogs. Flat 2 was well equipped, spacious and pleasant to spend the evening/ morning. Sophie’s instructions and communication was clear and responsive - can easily recommend! thanks!
