Very pleasant stay, great location walkable to cute village. Just as described and super simple check in and instructions around the house.

Another stay. This place was very convenient for where we needed to be. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! The guesthouse was absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything my son and I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was brilliant—super friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and made check-in really easy. It honestly felt like a home away from home. We'd definitely stay again!

Enjoyed a lovely weekend in the West Gatehouse. Such an amazing place, beautifully furnished and the attention to detail in the items provided was superb from the well stocked kitchen to the complimentary welcome hamper. The grounds were gorgeous and we enjoyed many lovely walks in the area. Would highly recomend this place. Rebecca also gave us a tour of the main house and gardens and provided a lovely afternoon tea. Patshull Hall is such an interesting place with a long history, it was a delight to find out more about the building. Thank you so much, we hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a great place to rest our heads whilst completing a course nearby. It had connections to a local bus station and metro. Also has space for two cars to park in the area. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but that’s just personal preference and there was only one set of keys which made it difficult! We would recommend this property if visiting the nearby area as it does exactly what it says on the tin!

It was a quick couple of days stay in a very cute accommodation and the scenery was outstanding. Karen greeted us on arrival and offered us milk for a nice cup of tea. Would highly recommend for a quick getaway in the countryside and close enough to town.

From the moment I walked down Slabbed pathway, towards the annex I felt I was at peace, the sounds of birds singing and the trees and plants surrounding the property were amazing and beautiful." It's just beautiful" I didn't want to leave, if ever a farm job comes up there, that's where I'll be! I will return to this place in the near future. Thankyou for being such a good host!

We stayed at play queen to celebrate our anniversary, upon walking in the host catered to this and put out decorations and chocolates wishing us a happy anniversary which straight away was an amazing touch. Very clean place and lovely smelling. The hosts communication was extremely clear, quick and friendly. The host was very proactive and sent us all instructions needed beforehand which was unbelievably helpful. The hot tub was a beautiful hot temperature and very well maintained. Lovely touch in the beautiful outside area, very cozy! Especially with the lights. Every need was catered for, it is such a secluded place and we loved it, amazing details throughout also. Beautiful Chinese takeaway downstairs too, lovely cafe, a shop and a pub all just downstairs we didn’t have to leave the area at all, everything we needeed was on our doorstep! You forget about the outside world while here, and definitely increases that spark! Amazing find, definitely going to be trying the

The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

Had a great one night stay here whilst visiting friends. The hosts were lovely and friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed. Made us feel very welcome indeed. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and really comfortable and cosy. Had a great nights sleep in the comfy bed. In a very quiet, pleasant and safe neighbourhood within a few minutes walk of shops, pubs, takeaways. Great value for money, you will not be disappointed.

You would be fooled by the location if you looked on a map, but was very quiet and surrounded by local, independent, businesses and restaurants. Also conveniently close to the local retail park for anything you might have forgotten. The property was well kept, clean and stylish. Will definitely use again next year.

The place was easy to find and had free on-site parking which was a huge bonus! It’s super close to the motorway which is handy for travelling (but you hear no noise from it!) and there’s also a large retail park close by. The apartment itself is so clean and spacious enough too. The bathroom came stocked with toiletries like shower gel and shampoo should you need it and was really clean. The bed was comfy and there was an open rack wardrobe in the room which was handy for our clothing as it needed hanging. The kitchen was equipped with utensils and dishes and there were cleaning products available too. The sofa was comfortable and turned into a sofabed however we didn’t need to use this feature but would be great for more guests. Living room also has some board games and books, and the tv is a smart tv. Full length mirror in the bedroom which is handy for when getting dressed. Overall a great apartment just outside of Birmingham and I’d definitely stay again!

Worth every penny! The Poplars is exactly as described and Nicky as a host is super attentive. Spotless across the board, great amenities and very peaceful to stay in. Only bit of criticism is the lack of shower products (shower gel, hair wash etc). The flat is very well done and has everything you could need to relax in. Big thanks to Nicky and her family and I can't recommend this place enough!

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Great location, easy to get to / from. Everything to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Our favourite feature is the garden, right next to the canal, where we can sit and watch the ducks, geese and boats go by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely and quiet and was very easy to find. Esther and John were perfect hosts, and finding there was tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk available, along with a selection of biscuits on arrival was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend staying at the Summerhouse and will certainly be looking to book there again when we are back that way 😀

Paul’s house is clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is a real home from home and a great place to stay. The parking at the back is a real bonus.

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼

The communication from Phil was good from booking, he was responsive to any questions you could have and provided you with what you needed for your stay. Upon arrival you are greeted with a beautiful and clean space, a helpful guide with information about the local area and what the host expects from guests (which is not too picky). You get a lot of house for your money and get amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine if required. The host had thought about the little touches too with a coffee machine, things to have for breakfast and anything you could need really. I would 100% stay here again if I am ever in the local area, a great host and great space.
