Our stay was more than we expected. Hosts are exceptionally accomodating. Dogs were very friendly. We will be back, should we need to stay in the area again.

We had a wonderful experience as we arrived and saw this very old house but was greeted with the most beautiful interior as all furniture and art was antiques that dated as far back as the wooden Oregon Pine floors. We had a few nights of good sleep in the nicely decorated bedrooms. The kitchen had all the necessities to dish up any meal and to sit at the 3m long Oregon Pine table was a delight and made our meals more tasty. Don't be fooled by the location as this house is situated in the old area of Krugersdorp with no disturbing sounds from streetracings, dogs barking or ambulances making there way. The yard was well kept with a pecan tree delivering a batch of fruit for us to eat. We will definitely stay at this place again and will recomend it to anyone that need the quiet and tranquility of a lodge in the lowveld but situated in a city. Thank you very much.
