Great place. We loved the location and the surroundings. Wally was you receptive and proactive. Everything we needed was available. The instructions and local information was great and even though we had a plan of things to do, it provided us a couple of awesome ideas for our down time. We had an excellent time! Accomodations were just as the pics displayed. Bedding was very comfortable! Furniture was also very pretty and comfortable. Host was great. First class everything. We were traveling in a group of 6 adults and 2 babies. All needs were met, everyone had their space. Bathrooms were very nice! Great house.

This private home is lovely. It is appropriate if stairs are okay for your group 😊. Very clean, near plenty of coffee shops, easy to find, very safe area.

We really enjiyed our stay and would recommend to anybody else.

Marybeth’s home was exactly what me and my family wanted. We wanted a cozy place far enough from the city, but close enough to easily drive into Boston. Since I like to cook, I was immediately impressed with the kitchen and all its ammenities. I did not want for a single kitchen tool or appliance. Everyone commented on how the beds felt - warm and comfortable. Loved the back yard and the grill. Great communications. Easy check-in and easy check-out. Highly recommend Marybeth’s BnB.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Darryl’s place for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. Darryl was incredibly kind, welcoming, and a fantastic communicator throughout our stay. He provided us with amazing recommendations for local sights and restaurants, which really helped make our trip special. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better experience. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at a lot of airbnbs but Shea was absolutely one of the best hosts we have ever had. Her place was very clean and was stocked with so many snack/food options. Shea was very quick to respond to any requests/questions. I highly recommend staying at her Airbnb if you are looking for a place while visiting Boston!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room that everyone had their own space. The house is beautifully decorated, made you feel right at home. Comfortable seating found throughout inside and outside area. Teresa has thought of EVERYTHING, and it is available for you to use on your stay. The location is fantastic, a short walk to North Beach in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was amazing! Very walkable to Bearskin Neck and Old Garden Beach. We had a few little glitches the first night, but Rachel was very responsive and everything was perfect within 24 hours. Would absolutely be happy to stay there again. To future guests: Rockport is light on grocery stores, so even though most things are walkable, for groceries you might want a car.

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was extremely clean, cozy, and beautifully prepared — every detail made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

The check-in process was so smooth and finding the place was super easy! The house was absolutely gorgeous and accommodating for us to stay the night. We wished we could have stayed to enjoy the amenities that were part of the campground! The location was perfect for us to be able to go to our concert the night of check in! We will definitely be back in our future travels!

My stay was comfortable and met my expectations. I’d come back the next time I’m in the area!

The area was quiet and safe, very walkable, and reasonably close to the Red Line downtown. Hosts were communicative, accommodating, and generous. The complimentary snacks left for us were welcome after our long day of travel and late check-in when most restaurants were already closed.

Very neat and peaceful place to come back to after your day's journey in the local areas. Heidi is a very cooperative hostess that shows that she cares about her guests by her prompt responses and intuitive care for their needs! 10 out of 10bwould recommend and would absolutely come back!

Great place for my extended stay in the Boston area! Stephanie was communicative and flexible. The apartment had tons of awesome amenities that came in handy — including a bunch of toiletries, snacks, games, and even a toy for my dog! Nice location close to downtown Stoneham and the major highways with a grocery store nearby, as well as a nice walking trail. Would highly recommend!

We were delighted to stay at Vanessa’s home, which is even lovelier than the photos depict. The area and home are beautiful and quiet, with all the amenities we needed. We had the opportunity to meet Vanessa, and she was exceptionally kind. Very highly recommend!
